"The hotel exceeded my expectations so much in a good way! It's very clean, the room was spacious, all cosmetic amenities you could wish for are included. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they even give you a small gift during check in, nice touch! Also they provide a very good range of welcome drinks in the evening. The breakfast was 1000 jpy, great value for money: plentiful and good, exept coffee - coffee quality could be improved) Location is okay, not very close to airport but also not very far, taxi from airport was 2500 jpy. Overall very good experience, I'd stay again."

"I came in at 9pm, the staff was really helpful and provided clear instructions. There was even a onsen bath which I unfortunately did not have time to get into. The breakfast was good too. I have food poisoning and it was all well suited."

"It is about a 15-minute walk from Higo-Otsu Station. There is a 7-11 convenience store next to the hotel, which is a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast and dinner are all solved at the convenience store. The large bath is a small bath. The surrounding environment is quiet and natural."
