The hotel facilities are relatively new, very clean, and the service is good. It is located in the center of Trapani, with many places to eat around. If you want to go out to sea, the hotel can walk to the port, and the bus to the town of Erice can also be reached on foot

Nos hospedamos no Hotel Palazzo Gatto e tivemos uma experiência excelente. A localização é perfeita para explorar Trapani a pé, com tudo por perto.
O quarto era muito confortável, silencioso, com decoração moderna e de bom gosto, além de um banheiro amplo e funcional — ideal para relaxar após os passeios.
O atendimento foi outro ponto alto: a Cristina, Front Office Manager, nos recebeu com muita simpatia, nos mostrou com atenção todas as instalações do hotel, incluindo o SPA, o que foi um diferencial na nossa estadia.

Desde la llegada la atención fue óptima. Todo el personal se esperaba por dar un buen servicio. El desayuno excelente y estuvieron atentos a los gustos y preferencias de los huéspedes. El edificio y los cuartos impecables y espaciosos. Si vuelvo a Trapani no dudaré en alejarme aquí. Lo recomiendo.

Fantastic location, brand new modern interior, great food and the best customer service! I loved this 5 star hotel. I was steps away from the historical districts epicenter, very clean and comfortable room with plenty of room, super pristine clean accommodations AND when I needed a last minute driver for transportation to the airport on a busy Easter weekend they effortlessly made it happen for me with a great driver. A great hotel can make all the difference in the world for a memorable holiday.

An exquisite ultra modern take in the centre of old Trapani, within minutes of all that centre has to offer. The hotel is so clean, the staff are welcoming and fun, and the breakfast is perfect… with pistachio stuffed croissants( how have I never encountered those before?). I highly recommend this hotel.

We loved this hotel. Great location right next to the Main Street of the old part of the city. Amazing staff willing to help with friendly advise and a warm smile. Super special rooms with innovative shower. Beautiful modern decor. Very reasonable prices.
