Beautiful hotel, with nice pool area. Nice lake for walking and sunset watching. The room size was good, modern design & beautifully decorated. The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was good.

One does not book into a hotel of this standard expecting to have a large amount of money stolen from the room safe. To continue the theme of dwindling expectations, the hotel management took absolutely no serious action; one would at the very least expect a police report, a sincere apology, or assurance that they would investigate further. Instead, we were subtly blamed for entering the safe code whilst their staff member was still in the room, and that is highly doubtful that said staff member would have grabbed a handful of cash, as he was a very "timid" character. To summaries, we, the guests, were either lying or utterly dimwitted. If I were the owner or manager of any hotel, regardless of its stature, I would be absolutely horrified by this event, but it seemed of little consequence to them.

i came back as i feel very satisfied and i like it off season . in my case wa a fantastic value for money , room is very good , be careful to the very hot water when using it , linen, and overal amenities are very good , don't expect too much out of the Spa as they miss out a proper yakuzi , and sauna could be crowded in we .

I spend 7 days with several place but we love your places,nice sight seeing near the lake.If we wants good pictures Should comes in the evening because the water level is up in the morning,so we couldn’t walk to the lake bank.Most of all we love dining menu which we have never eat at any restaurant before.

We stayed here for 5 days and had a great time. Service is some of the best I’ve experienced at a hotel, with reception staff walking us to our room and giving us a brief tour of the hotels grounds whilst we waited for our room. I also received emails from the hotel concierge before we travelled, providing a list of local restaurants and activities to do, which was a nice touch. The only thing I’d ask them to improve is the hot tub in the spa, as it wasn’t actually hot. The rest of the spa is great, with hot drinks and fruit on offer which was a nice touch. When we return to Lake Garda we will definitely stay again. It is genuinely one of, if not the best, hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I can’t fault it at all.

Lovely rooms although to many dogs especially the one barking and howling next to us. Best breakfast ever in a hotel. Mostly lovely staff. Great room but very cold although we were given an extra duvet and a fan heater. A little out the way but beautiful views.
