"In fact, I don’t want to give half a cent to the facilities. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the station, and it dares to call it an Italian hotel, and it has four stars... There are pictures, and you can see for yourself. The elevator is slower than taking the stairs, and the cup is disposable. The room is huge and old. Breakfast only has bread, no eggs and no gold cut. I spent 1,300 to stay here. It is a complete disaster. The people around me downstairs are all black people and Middle Easterners. The roads are also very dirty."

"I booked it thinking it was an NH hotel, but the actual name was Savhotel Mantegna Padova. The confusion over the name made it difficult to find. The hotel itself was old and outdated, belying the NH name. I stayed for two nights, and on the first night, water dripped from the air conditioner next to the bed, so I requested a replacement room. In my new room, the bathtub didn't drain properly when I used it for a shower, so it took a while for the water to drain. Trip.com advertised it as an NH hotel, but it was actually an outdated hotel."
