This was our 4th visit to the Padstow park, and yet again, it didn't disappoint. It's so clean, well laid out, and the lodges very well appointed. We took up one of their offers last minute, so super value for money! It's well worth keeping an eye out. It was beautifully peaceful. We love to sit out on the decking balcony reading, enjoying an alfresco meal, and just chilling with a glass of wine listening to the birds. We slept so well as the bed was super comfy & the shower was great. It really is like home from home experience & I can't recommend the park and lodges highly enough. We stayed in a two-bed executive lodge, which felt so roomy and allowed us to invite our daughters to join us for dinner one evening & sleepover. They had their own Jack & Jill bathroom, so worked out so well.

Another perfect stay there isn’t one thing that we can fault (even though we try really hard ) we had some awesome sunrises during our stay, the lodge was spotless with the usual welcoming touches. This park keeps giving, its our Padstow bolt hole and have already booked for 2025. Thanks to all the staff you’re amazing it’s clear to see why you keep winning awards ⭐️

Well done Lovat Parks you already have a gem at Parbola but this camp is another jewel in your crown. The accommodation is clean and well presented. The grounds are peaceful, well kept and tidy. Your absolute crowning glory is the staff. ALL friendly, welcoming and keen to help. Whenever we stay at a Lovat park we always pop into reception every day just for a chat and to say hello. We NEVER stay anywhere else - one you have found the BEST why look anywhere else! Just home from a few days at this park and loved every minute. My dogs also love their stay as they are made to feel every bit as welcome as we are. They also LOVED the dog agility area which is a real treat. Thanks for a lovely few days - see you soon I hope! I am including a photo of the dogs relaxing in the cozy lodge after a busy day.

Quick easy check in by lovely friendly and informative staff. Can't do enough for you. Lodge immaculate! Lots of really nice extras. Two bottles fresh natural juices and fresh milk in the fridge. Posh biscuits, tea. Coffee, hand wash, additional loo rolls. Washing up liquid, dish washer tablets, tea towel dish cloth and sponge. Very impressed with the lovely bedding and towels, they looked and felt brand new. Lodge was very well equipped with everything we needed for a weeks holiday. We were well impressed that our lodge had its own EV charger (pod point) as we drive an electric car. 70p per kWh. The only slightly negative we had was that the Internet speed was very slow. Apart from that we had a lovely relaxing holiday at this super park.

We had a wonderful few days, the staff are so accommodating. Lovely lodge has everything you could possibly need and a fantastic location. Would be 5 stars if the lodge didn’t have carpets, after a busy summer you could tell other dogs had been there, but in fairness we did mention and a lady came and gave the carpets a clean. Would be a lot easier for the cleaners if it was all laminate throughout:) We will be back

A nice caravan park. The lodges are lovely, comfortable and up to date with everything. The only thing is, there is no privacy. The lodges are so close together, with only enough for one car between them, you can easily stare into each others’ accommodation where-ever you are in the cabin. It does feel like a new housing estate. For £2,000+ a week peak time, you want to be able to enjoy your own time, it’s not worth the money for what you get.

Here for Christmas 2024. Lovely accommodation decorated for the occasion with lovely welcoming gifts! lovely grounds which are pristinely kept. lovely staff , really accommodating for dogs. Stay here twice a year for a week or two at time. Always enjoy our stay as it is in a great location. Great food and drinks during the summer at the teepee too.

We were excited to come here, booked on the back of an influencer posting about it (I now, after investigating, realise their trip was gifted, so I feel a bit silly - but that’s on me!) A “stroll” through fields was actually getting thorned and scratched through this monstrosity of a very narrow path BETWEEN fields - the thorns brambles and thistles met in the middle it was horrendous - and even the kids play area had massive thorns in and around it. Raised this with the team who were lovely, and I asked if the thorns could be cut back as they were at my toddlers eye height - but the general manager who called me back quickly sent the experience downhill! Told me I didn’t understand what rural was (I live in Derbyshire and walk regularly in the peaks!). I tried to explain that the path wasn’t a stroll through fields and again asked if the thorns etc could be cut back as we had gotten hurt, and mentioned that if the advert has been clear I’d have bought a baby carrier (and not worn shorts - what a mistake). Was told that some cutting down would be done - I’ve added pics before and after - not a noticeable difference I’m sure you’ll agree. The lodge itself (caravan - way overpriced for what it was) was fine, double bed was horrendous though and none of the windows had black out blinds or curtains so lots of very early mornings from our little one). I contacted customer services when I got home (due to the way I was spoken to by the general manager on site) who basically said it’s a public right of way, not their responsibility and we didn’t have to use it - despite the website encouraging you / signposting you to use it (and not giving you full details - the booklet in the lodge, however was very comprehensive about the walk - a bit more honest when you’ve arrived and the moneys already exchanged!)- also added a pic of this - this should be on the website when you’re aimed at families which in fairness they agreed with. They also (general manager and customer service person today) didn’t ask if we were oky despite me telling them a toddler had gotten hurt I also said that this spoilt the trip a bit getting hurt on day 1 and that we’d purchased on the basis of being able to easily to get to Padstow on our own time not reliant on buses every 2 hours - she told me that the website doesn’t sell Padstow just their park and facilities - it literally references Padstow harbour (where the walk takes you to) in the first line. Just literally no accountability, apology, enquiry to how we were (from the gen manager) and just a very brusque “all I can do is apologise it’s already done now isn’t it” from the lady on the phone. I told the lady on the phone I’d post them some pics so they could see what my point is about the path (they just keep saying it’s a field, can’t see the issue) and she said “if you want to take to social media that’s fine” which wasn’t what I was saying at ALL - but actually, since you’ve told me to post it, I will, so here you go
