I had the worst experience there in my lifetime. Staffs were playing pubg at the reception..No proper check in was done. I have asked for water at the reception but they said I should go to restaurant and only get it ..even I said to charge the water bottle on my bill… but they still not responded anything…morning 7.30 i ordered for coffee… they said milk is on the way and will take another half an hour…and finally food.It was completely stupid and they used mostly previous day items.Unprofessional staffs and not maintained properly

Price was too high compard to the peers in that location. Room service was not upto the mark, , every time we need to ask for each and every thing and the servive was provided. suggest to improve room service and internet

Away from the crowds, great room and stay, hot water all round the clock, good buffet breakfast, fresh tasty food courteous service ; Su*** was exceptionally nice. Thank you. I will definitely visit again.

It was a wonderful experience altogether. All the staff were extremely helpful and cordial, Su***, Naveen, Mimi, including Vasanth, the restaurant ***ager, were always up and ready to help and did their best to make us delighted, food was great, Bharat (housekeeping) and other housekeeping staff were prompt and uber helpful even at night, Sayani (front office) was always approachable and made our long stay felt at home always.... Love you all guys, we have decided to make The Day's Hotel by Wyndham our second home, whenever we are at Chennai ❤️ Experience in terms of ⭐ (5 star denotes excellence) Cleanliness: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sleep quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Room service (food): ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Maintenance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (Not to forget that they changed our refrigerator unit promptly, as soon as a problem was detected in the existing one) Front office Sayani: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Areas to improve: It would be better, if: 1. more local staff members are conversant in Hindi, as well. 2. The driveway to the actual hotel building is more frequently cleaned and decorated. 3. Basic toiletries could be provided in disposable forms.

Bar not working. Restaurant closes at 10:30. Pool not working. Restaurant ***ager lied to me that Gym opens at 8 AM, so I missed the gym. Wyndham claims they will give you reward points, but maybe those are not for Indians. I stayed with Wyndham hotels thrice, 2-3 days each. But zero reward points, and the support simple doesn't reply to emails. I think they are racist

Appears not to be a Wyndham grp hotel .no security was present wen I checked in late 10pm.Ac in rooms not functioning properly .Bfast taste is good but variety/spread not good .During check out no one was present in the front iffz.Tgey came after 10 mts .Sorry state of affairs.will never stay here again

We had booked 5-6 rooms for a family get together and honestly it was worth staying here. We loved the hospitality rendered by the hotel employees and everything was perfect from the beginning. I would specially thank Ms. Sayani Nanda for quick checkin and for her extended courtesy with a smile. At the restaurant we thank Chef for ***aging dinner at the last moment as we had planned earlier to have outside but due to rainy weather we cancelled and accommodated in the hotel restaurant. Thank you Chef Kesavan the food was just awesome as instructed and service guys namely Mr. Asaratul and Ms. Sohana - Kudos for being so humble and helping in organizing tables for 15-16 people at the last moment. I am thankful to housekeeping staff for keeping our room neat and clean ensuring that at the end of the day we just had to dive into our beds. Glad to meet Mr. Ankur Bhandari the hotel ***ager who has trained the young enthusiastic hoteliers with amazing leadership qualities. All of them are not just so-called "Hoteliers", I would call them rather "Superheros" Cheers Bud!

stay in the day's hotel is very comfortable. i would like to come and stay here once again with my family. The restaurant facility is excellent. The taste of the food is very delicious. Restaurant staff especially Mr. Su*** have taken care of my food very well. I request the ***agement to give an appreciation latter to Mr. Su***.
