Nice hotel, spacious conected rooms for family with kids, nice view, very friendly staff and service, very tasty Fiorentina stake, good value for money, spacious parking..easy to conect to the higway, would upgrade the brekfast area…..

We were in doubt due to the reviews that mentioned a structure that requires maintenance. None of this: vast and well-kept common areas, impeccable room (A07), bathroom as it should be, very pleasant corner with table and kettle, small terrace (two chairs and a table outside would be fine here...) large with view of the woods. Nice SPA, with some signage problems to reach it; never seen anyone at the reception of the Health Center, but in the SPA there is always an employee. An internal swimming pool in the SPA and an external one (unheated), in the SPA three fairly large pools with thermal water at different temperatures, an ok sauna, a Turkish bath which has apparently been abandoned for some time. Pleasant but not amazing dinner, ordinary breakfast bordering on sufficiency (poorly made scrambled eggs, few yeasts, low quality juices, poor jams). Very courteous staff.

Beautiful structure in the middle of nowhere... nice room, nice bathroom but old and worn towels and bathrobe and this is not good in a 4 star... restaurant to forget completely rejected... biblical times and improvised staff... .poor breakfast, not 4 stars, maybe 2....the wellness center is nice but maybe this place isn't worth the money, if it cost less I would do it again for a weekend but at this price it's not...

Beautiful and very large structure, everything ok regarding the room, clean and spacious, but to us it gave the idea of a lack of staff, perhaps it was reduced during the COVID period and no other people were then hired. Both for the outdoor pools and for the indoor spa there was only one guy and honestly it seemed a bit cheap... the spa lacks maintenance, one tub didn't work, two out of four of the cervical waterfalls worked, rust here and there, peeling walls and most people entered the sauna without a towel to sit, and obviously there was no control. In conclusion, in our opinion, these shortcomings do not make it a four star and honestly it is a shame because the structure is beautiful, the view from the outdoor pools it is a spectacle and it would be a shame to lose value by not paying more attention to certain details because the structure deserves it.
