"The hotel is barely ok, the bathroom floor is a bit dirty, the shower curtain is smelly, I'm used to good reviews. The breakfast is so-so, American style, and filling. I have to praise that the hotel lobby provides hot water and coffee 24 hours a day, you can go and get it at any time."

"The location is excellent, with restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. It's also close to tourist attractions and parking is convenient. There's no traditional front desk; you have to log in yourself on a tablet outside the office door. I didn't see a single staff member during my stay. This isn't a problem in itself, but there was genuinely no service, so I can't rate it. I booked a 3-bedroom room. Upon entering, you're first in a laundry room, then you have to use a digital door to reach the actual guest room. The room is small, the facilities are outdated, and there's only one small toilet. The kitchen was stocked with snacks, but there was no mention that they were all extra chargeable! Using the washing machine costs an extra $30 per day. There were many warning signs posted throughout the apartment, giving it a very unfriendly feel; there were money traps everywhere. This hotel is a world apart from the Juniper Resort Hotel in Sedona where I stayed previously."

"The hotel is pretty good, especially the garden pool in the center – it's beautiful. They even have a ping-pong table nearby! The downside is that all the rooms either face east or west. Mine was west-facing, so I couldn't open the curtains at all when I checked in during the afternoon. And as you know, Petchaburi is incredibly hot, with intense sun and late sunsets. There's also a golf course next to the hotel. Another drawback is that it's not near a town. We had a hired car, and once the driver left, we were without transportation. It's too far to walk anywhere. So, we were stuck eating all our meals at the hotel. Breakfast isn't included, but the variety was decent."

"It's right across the Safeway, has a dollar tree, so you get everything settled. The only thing painful to me are the noise of AC and lack of outlet. I was using a bed that was close to the outlet, but couldn't sleep cuz of the AC. It'll be killing you once it gets really hot."
