Everything was absolutely great! The location is strategic, and the food was delicious. However, I do have one complaint: the room had a bit of a musty smell when we first entered. I hope this can be looked into. Also, during breakfast, there were some black bits in the orange juice. Even after changing glasses, it was still there. We informed the staff, and they immediately responded and offered us complimentary watermelon juice. All the best, Hotel Santika!

The room was spacious, and we even got an upgrade. However, the facilities are a bit old and average. The location is excellent, especially if you're attending an exhibition, as the exhibition hall is right below the window, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The breakfast was mediocre, with limited choices. The croissants were baked very slowly, and there weren't enough, so they'd often run out as soon as a new batch came out. I stayed for several days and never managed to get one. There's a large shopping mall not far from the hotel, easily accessible by taxi.

If you're in town for an exhibition, the location is great because it's so close. However, there isn't much around, which can be a bit inconvenient, but it's not a big deal since you can just take a taxi. The room service was affordable but took way too long, so I ended up canceling it. The pool was cozy and not crowded, which was nice.

The hotel room facilities are a bit old, and the cleanliness didn't meet expectations. The bedding might have been used for a while as there were yellow stains. The chairs weren't very clean either. It's right next to the exhibition hall. The good thing is you can get there in 3 minutes. The downside is that if there's an event at the hall, it starts getting noisy from 4 AM, and sometimes there's construction at night. Out of 6 nights, I only had 3 good nights' sleep. The motorcycle noise outside is also very loud, which seems to be a city characteristic and not the hotel's fault. Overall, I'm satisfied.

A good hotel with an excellent location, just a 3-minute walk to Exhibition Hall 3. The breakfast was decent. The cleanliness is comparable to domestic budget hotels like Home Inn or Hanting. There were no strange odors in the room. I would choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

Located next to the exhibition center, it's very convenient for attending or visiting exhibitions. The hotel's hardware and software quality are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a great variety. I would definitely stay here again.

The washbasin was clogged at check-in. I had to call the operator twice before anyone responded, and a technician finally came to fix it. On the second day, I asked for a shaving kit, but it wasn't provided even by the last day. Also, the room wasn't cleaned, even though I hadn't turned on the 'Do Not Disturb' sign, which means cleaning should have been the default. Breakfast was just mediocre. If I hadn't been attending an event at ICE, the room rate here would be completely unjustified; the hotel quality does not match the price, which is already over 1 million rupiah. The only advantage of this hotel is its location within the ICE area.

Location absolutely cannot be beat, if you’re in Jakarta for an event at ICE, this hotel is the most convenient option. Just a stone’s throw away! Hotel breakfast buffet is great, massage service is also stellar. Room cleanliness could be improved on.

I normally stays at Trembesi or Mercure BSD but this time selected Santika , the room was spacious and the bath room was cozy , breakfast is similar to other adjacent hotels so in the end my experience was not so bad so I would select again in case I need to stay near the area

Stay overnight for the Chinese New Year. The evening event was enjoyable, with good food, great music, and a lively lion dance performance that added to the festive atmosphere. The hotel is clean, well-located, and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience and definitely recommended.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, with a supermarket nearby, and it's relatively close to my workplace. The environment is just okay, and the value for money is average. Room cleanliness was just so-so. There are plenty of dining options though.

It's decent, and breakfast is pretty good too. The room was okay, though it's still a step below a four-star hotel in China. But then again, the price wasn't high either.
