I don't know know to say that anymore, wowwww. This is a second time we stayed at sapphire sky hotel. They staff always give it warm wellcome when we arrive at the hotel. And also all staff well doing standart procedure during covid pandemic. Well done sapphire keep it up !!

Convenient location for attending the event at ICE. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room space is good and comfortable. The service and food at the top floor restaurant needs to improve. It's taken too long time to get the food and it's cool already.

all the room facilities are good,but it is a pity that the pillows have a little musty smell.

I was very happy stayed in Mercure Tangerang BSD City for 2 days. Spent time for my long weekend with my big family, cousins & nephews for reunited after long time not seeing them. I choosed this hotel because i saw many influencer were reviewed this hotel. They have kids playground, swimming pool, kids activity (but we were not lucky because only available on sunday), and also zoo rider. We spent all day long just stayed in the room because the ambiance like staying at our second home. I would like to recommend this to my friend to bring their family for staying here.

It's not a hotel, they call it coliving. There are almost no other advantages apart from being close to ICE BSD and getting off close to Alfamart and Familymart. ICE BSD can be reached on foot but requires extra energy. The room is quite spacious. AC, Wifi, TV, hot water works well. Drinking water is also provided with a dispenser in the corridor, but it tastes a bit strange so I decided to just buy bottled mineral water instead of doing anything. The mattress is soft, unfortunately only 2 pillows are given. The room has a desk and work chair, there is also a cupboard. There is a kettle with tongdji sachet tea and excelso sachet coffee. The bathroom is in good size, clean but lots of yellowish stains. Towels are provided 2 body towels and 2 hand towels. Amenities are provided hand soap bar, toothbrush and toothpaste. For soap and shampoo, I was given a dispenser, but it was very stingy to give it, only 1/5 of the bottle was filled, and for 3 days I stayed there it didn't refill at all There are facilities such as a small cafe, co-living space (a kind of place to hang out or work with a small pantry), then there is a mini gym Breakfast is provided in front of the lobby, food for 3 days has minimal variety, only vegetables and chicken are cooked differently. The menu includes cereal, fruit (watermelon, melon and papaya), drink (infused water and juice), bread and egg corner, chicken porridge, main course (rice, fried rice, fried noodles, vegetables, sausages, chicken and crackers. The taste is really standard, nothing special but the porridge sometimes too thick, sometimes too runny

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel

It was a reasonable accommodation for the price. It was reasonably clean and reasonably comfortable. I was a little worried because there was no toilet paper. I was glad that the shower was hot and the air conditioner was working properly.

It was a nice stay, good staffs. Have been here for the 3rd time now. And definately will stay here for the next trip. Also, the lecoation is quite strategic. Easy access to the hotel, near with many essential stores.
