The property was so beautiful.The view was surreal. I travelled with my family, enjoyed every bit of the property. Also, the staff especially Riyaz, Shagufta, Mustafa, Kiser were exceptionally helpful and generous, they helped with everything we needed. Will strongly recommend to everyone. They also have recreational activities for everyone. Kids thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent hospitality by all the team. Specially the Riyaz bhai the restaurant incharge. Excellent food taste by chief darshan lal. And not neglecting the other staff, but surely every staff member is very good, professional and best at their job. Loved the experience, would visit again.

Fantastic place and ambience and great service . Shahufta and Riyaz were amazing and so pleasant. The food is incredible, the best Rogan Josh I've ever had. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are good, where you can exercise and play as a family... and above all it is very clean. Muchas gracias

Excellent stay & staff at itc fortune resort heevan. Thanks to Mr. Riyaz, restaurant supervisor for taking care of us well for all our needs at restaurant. He made sure we feel very comfortable. Thank you to shagufta, shameena for being very helpful and a very good cordial staff. Special mention to çhef darshan for delicious food and varieties. Highly recommend the hotel and the restaurant.

We recently stayed at Fortune Heevan Resort, Srinagar, and it was an amazing experience. The location is truly beautiful, surrounded by the scenic Zabarwan Hills, just 1 km from Dal Lake and Mughal Gardens, and nestled close to the peaceful Nishat forest. We had a wonderful dinner at the resort — the food was absolutely delicious, especially the Hakk Saag, which was our favourite. The service was excellent, and the staff was very supportive. A special thanks to Waseem for his warm assistance. Lastly, heartfelt thanks to Mr. Irfan, the General Manager, for the great hospitality. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Srinagar!
