"Check in : We were a family of 15 visited Pahagam hotel, half of them for the first time. Check in was smooth. Alloted rooms in new wing. Room Quality : We opted for 3 suites & 3 deluxe rooms. Deluxe rooms were great in size. Suite rooms were basics since it's a HERITAGE PROPERTY. Cleanliness was top notch. Facilities : Snooker table, table tennis, stone age lounge, indoor swimming pool and 360 degree lawn...........JUST AWESOME. Although we didn't had food over their as there were plenty of restaurants nearby. But as per past experience their food quality is classic. Last day we were offered high tea , bread pakora and butter toast free of cost as their kind gesture. Overall our stay was quite comfortable. 6 dedicated staff members were their all the time serving us. Mr Shabbir the caretaker provided warmth and took full care of our daily needs. Surely will return and recommend to fellow members"

"Stay was terrible. To start with, stay was with complimentary breakfast and when we asked them to provide breakfast, they said they have no idea about it and after half an hour they asked us to go outside and have breakfast. There was no service- i understand with minimal rates, we expect a water bottle and that was not even there. We had to ask for water thrice. Bathrooms were so dirty. Dust-in was not clean. Hotel staff did not even come once and ask us if we need any help on the top of that, they allow guests to stay without verifying. They did not ask for any govt. Id or made any entry in the books. Overall a terrible stay. I will never ever recommend anyone to stay at this property. Will post the same reviews on google as well!"

"We stayed at this so-called hotel for two days in April 2025, and the experience was nothing short of a disaster. We booked it through MakeMyTrip, which irresponsibly lists it as a 4-star property. Let’s be clear—this place doesn’t even deserve 2 stars, let alone 4. Yes, the rooms were decently clean, but everything else was absolutely pathetic—from the dismal food to the miserable condition of the common areas. Before checking in, we called the hotel to confirm its star rating. Not only did they deny being 4-star, they threw in a vague “A category” label, which is a nonsense excuse for dodging any real classification. When we raised this with MakeMyTrip, they kept pushing the same scripted lie, insisting it’s a 4-star hotel. Shame on both the hotel and MakeMyTrip for this misleading representation. For anyone considering this place, do your own research. A simple Google search reveals the truth—TripAdvisor, which the hotel itself proudly lists as a partner, categorizes it as a 3-star hotel. Yet the hotel staff flat-out denies this too. It’s pure deception and manipulation. To make things worse, the entire premises was under noisy, dusty construction, reeking of enamel and paint. The common toilets were in a disgusting, unusable condition. The food was so bad we had to leave the property and eat elsewhere—at places like ITC Peak and Pine and Hotel Heevan Resort—just to have a decent meal. The only saving grace—and I say this with emphasis—is that the hotel is centrally located in the Pahalgam market area, which fortunately made it easier to survive the nightmare that was their in-house dining. That location is the only thing that kept this experience from being a total write-off. Overall, this was hands down the worst hotel of our entire trip. Avoid it unless you’re willingly signing up for disappointment."

"I recently stayed in this property. I would like to share my experience regarding same. First of all Rates were extremely high.. extremely high for such a property. Food- not at all good. Portion size very small and was not at all edible Breakfast was so bad that my wifes stomach got upset Service - ok. We stayed there for two days First day service was good. After first day it was really bad. No expectations One thing which was good was the location of this property. Overall i would say not worth the money and time"

"We reached the hotel and the staff greeted us. We found the problem in our room. Dirty bedsheets were the least of our problems. They gave us the bathroom which was broken, basically it was leaking and there was water no matter how much we used the wiper. Yes we used wipers to clean their toilets. This is totally on the management as they already knew about the plumbing and still they are ready to give to customers. This hotel should not be associated with a brand like mm t and i would seriously urge mm t to get this hotel delisted. We found one more family there and they were also not happy even when they booked it via management only."
