Great place to stay overnight, got a swimming pool and a snooker table 👍👍👍 the rooms are very old, but clean and the location is extremely convenient

I didn’t have a chance to stay there. When I arrived gates were closed and whole territory look like Silent Hill. I managed to get inside only to figure out that they’ve had absolutely no guests and even owner doesn’t live there. Pictures online are absolutely different from reality. Place is untidy and full of trash. I was waiting for 30 mins, texted an owner and without any reply booked another hotel. Owner refuses to give a refund and Trip.com doesn’t seem to care. Absolutely not recommended. I booked a cottage at Mountain Blues and had a wonderful night there.

Not good........ The pool water was cloudy so couldn't use. I paid upfront and wish I hadn't as when I wanted to move elsewhere the remaining nights would not be refunded. Quite far away from walking street / bars but only 10-12 mins. There are nicer places to stay in Pai closer to walking street.

Well my worse experience in Thailand so far, we gave them the benefit of the doubt as previous reviews were not great, also they were not on booking. So walked up there, first impression was ok so we booked 3 nights🥴 till you get a closer look! It’s a bit out of town which is not too bad (12min) walk, not really nice at dark with a lot of stray dogs. The rooms are really outdated, so is the whole place. The pool well…really! The owner was friendly to start until we said we only going to stay 1 night (could have walked out straight away) He didn’t give us a refund for the 2 nights, B1000! Seriously what a scam!!! Thank you so much mr. Eak our start in Pai started in a minor!
