I really enjoyed the hotel's garden and the breakfast service at the restaurant was excellent. The warm hot spring pool was perfect on a chilly morning, and in the evening, after a full day, it was lovely to relax in the hot spring, chatting with friends under the stars right at the hotel. You can even see elephants coming to bathe near the restaurant in the morning.

Love the location and the breakfast spread. Staff are friendly. It would be better if there are more signs and lights to indicate the way to our rooms. We nearly missed the turn. Like the rustic feel of the rooms and would be better if the windows can be adjusted as we were there in December, which is winter

Ai Hotsprings Resort is not for everyone but we love it abd keep coming back. Yes, the place is not in a perfect shape, but the rooms are beautifully appointed, the garden is extraordinary abd there are 4 hotspring pools. Unfortunately this time there were no elephants visiting the river in front of the hotel, but it's not hotel's fault. So I will give it 10 points, and if you appreciate real old style luxury (though decadent) you will love it too.

A really nice resort. A little way out of pai so you definitely need your own transportation otherwise you’re a little bit stranded. The pool is really nice and the staff are lovely. When we went there were also 5 puppies which we really enjoyed but might not be everyone’s cup of tea.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and a good experience at this resort. The highlight was definitely the natural hot springs, which were relaxing and well worth the visit. We also enjoyed the dining area by the lake, which offered a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere. The resort is quite far from the main city, so it feels very raw, natural, and close to nature. It is especially quiet at night, though it can get quite dark due to the remote location. The staff were friendly, and there were also some friendly dogs around the property. While we didn’t mind them, one of our friends felt a bit uncomfortable with the dogs being nearby. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature and want to enjoy natural hot springs, this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful and peaceful area outside the city, by a river with elephants walking and eating mid-afternoon. Access to hotsprings, swimming pool and a nice restaurant.
