Pai Iyara Resort Reviews

Its a little out of town, we had a car so wasn't to much of an issue for us. The room was small, but it had a really nice big verandah, with a hammock a really nice touch. Great way to relax with a cuppa. Only a couple of power points, but was enough to charge phones. Water pressure was good. Bed was comfortable. It had a few steps to get into the unit. But was well worth it . Very Thai, breakfast was adequate eggs cooked on tge spot, fresh fruit always nice.The pool was big and very clean. Staff were so happy and polite, nothing was to much for them. Yes this place is a little old but its being upgraded with newer units. I do hope they keep the old ones as they have a lot of lovely Thai character. After all we travel to Thailand to experience Thai culture. Staying in one of these units makes you feel like you are in Thailand. The view from the verandah was spectacular. There is a 24/7 laundry not far away with a shop next to it. This place also has food on site. We didn't use it but its certainly a convenience if you dont want to go out. Fridge is a little small but ok for a couple of nights. There is a nice path around the property for morning walks.

The resort is a bit far from the center and hard to walk. They provide a transfer to the center for 100 Bath but not back. We had bugs in the wood of our room what they solved quickly when mentioned. The breakfast was fine as you could choose from card. Swimming pool looks very good.

The hotel is great, with a beautiful environment and no mosquitoes. But I overpaid by 50 yuan because I booked through Ctrip and later checked Tongcheng. It's not the hotel's fault, it's Ctrip's! 😡

It was a pleasant stay in Pai Iyara. Basic clean room and amenities. Buffet breakfast was good.

The hotel is very good, the staff are very kind and supportive.

The room was very clean and spacious, and the swimming pool was also excellent. The owners were incredibly hospitable and provided superb service. The hotel grounds were filled with longan trees, and as it was longan season, guests were welcome to pick and eat as many as they liked.

Lovely quiet location in the countryside, about a 5-minute drive from the centre of Pai. Comfortable bed and good AC to keep you cool. The shower water pressure was very low.

The hotel is located in a rather picturesque spot. The grounds overlook rice fields and the mountain. There's a large swimming pool. The breakfasts are edible, but very repetitive. I wasn't quite sure about the room cleaning system: over four days, they didn't clean the rooms or take out the trash—they just left new towels, water, and shampoo and soap. In summary: not without its drawbacks, but an excellent value for the money.

Very good, the environment is very good, there is a hammock at the door of the room, very suitable for leisure and slow life
