Same as others’ comments there are quite a lot of insects but it is normal for this town. It’s also the reason for us to choose the room on the second floor. There are only two staffs but they are nice and helpful. Good experience for sleep inside the mosquito bar 😆

Really disappointed at this hotel. We arrived after hours in the sun ,after specifically booking and prepaying for the use of a pool. When we got there the hotel reception was empty. A lady eventually came out who spoke little English. She then told us there was no pool so we asked for a refund as we were booked for a few nights for the use of a pool. We were very polite and friendly in asking this. She put me on the phone to another lady(assuming the manager) who had better English. She was very rude and then hung up the phone on me. We ended up leaving and it took several weeks for a refund on the hotels part, not trips.coms.

While we knew the hotel is located outside of Pai town, we unfortunately had problems when the property did not have mopeds available to rent as advertised, which for a rural property we assumed there would be enough for all guests. This meant walking 45 mins to get into town along a busy road, which is not lit at night.
As for our stay, the room was very clean and spacious and a large, comfortable bed with two pillows each. The host was very friendly and helpful when asked via text. Unfortunately room service was missed twice although requested, and it was a shame there was no one available on site to help. When we checked in, a child came to give the keys, but didn’t speak much English so it was difficult to ask questions.
Dogs barking at night was not ideal, but otherwise a quiet resort.

Amazing place, would recommend.
Amazing, very clean and quiet place. Staff were great and made everything a very relaxed experience. Dogs were also very cute and friendly.
