Great location - within walking distance to night market (3-5mins). The room is clean and spacious. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast area and the breakfast options. The hotel has a resident cat which we absolutely adored! The hotel offers free parking for its guests. We would definitely return to stay in the hotel should we return to Pai.

The Quarters Pai has everything you could ask for, clean room, good breakfast, walking distance to walking street with free shuttle and bicycle available and yet the location is quiet and away from busy streets, ample parking space and of course the helpful and highly attentive staff. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the pool area is small but nice. The rooms are well laid out and has everything you need. We did change rooms as the walls are very thin and the noise from the rooms above and beside had noisy families. Breakfast was good with excellent selection. We tried to add extra nights to our stay, however the hotel was fully booked.

Stayed two nights here in Pai. Got a family room which is on the ground floor. The two bedrooms in the family room is big. The bed is comfortable. However, cleanliness is suspect. We discovered that the water from the tap is dirty and brown in colour. At night, the water is totally off so flushing, showering and basin taps weren’t working. The highlight is the resident cat that joined us for breakfast every morning. Parking your car on site can be tricky as the space is tight. Overall, an average stay as the property didn’t quite meet my expectations.

Everything was good. Location service and staff was great. The only fault was the swimming pool. It was to cold to swim in and enjoy. But the sun lounges was nice and comfortable.

A very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms, a great pool, a beautiful garden and a nice breakfast area. You walk about 7 minutes to the night market with loads of cafes and food stalls. You can rent motorbikes nearby and park the car for free directly at the hotel entrance.

The location of the Quarter is excellent! close enough to be close and far enough away to be out of the hussle and bussle! Rooms were great, breakfast was good and the staff very accomodating - great swimming pool too!
