Just stayed for two nights and had a great time. Great location giving easy access to Paignton town centre and surrounding area. Nice rooms, simply furnished but of consistent quality. On site parking available but you need to be careful to select the correct stay option before committing to payment, then register vehicle at reception.

The room smelt fresh upon arrival the bed is amazingly comfortable. TV had more channels than mine at home 😄 so sat and watched Gogglebox in the evening on +1. B&B had good WiFi access from our room, lots of informative leaflets in the reception area for tourists. Breakfast was great for our Vegetarian food needs a proper Vegetarian full English very impressed. Hosts very friendly 10/10 from us :)

We enjoyed a 5 day stay in March. The weather was kind to us which helps. The room was nice - it was one of their prestige 'singer' rooms with a balcony. The bed was not very comfortable and the pillows need improving. The food was excellent and the table d'hote menu was very good indeed. Overall, a very good experience and excellent value.
