The hotel is quite aged. service staff is not at their counter before 7am as we walk over twice during our stay

The view and amenities are excellent with the price. The pool has a mountain view which is incredible. And the ground floor has fitness room and message spa as well as the garden outside. The room also has a bathtub and pretty large with high ceilings. Must stay in Khao Yai!

We had a fantastic stay at dusitD2 Khao Yai. The architecture is stunning and offers a sleek, modern contrast to the lush greenery of the surrounding mountains. Our room was spotless with a very comfortable bed and a great view. The highlight was definitely the infinity pool—it’s the perfect place to unwind at sunset. Special thanks to the staff who were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Highly recommend for a stylish weekend getaway!

The rooms are dated. Dont go into the pool. A lot of broken tiles. There are cracks every where in the room.. Mosquitoes and insects were found inside my room. They gave me a ground floor room. The curtains have many stains and the beds have patches of stains. The staff is definitely friendly. I booked this due to good reviews but it turned out to be quite disappointing. Please remember to bring travel adaptor. No international sockets. No clocks. The cups in the room are chipped. The management should have an overhaul of the hotel.

- The reception staff and all the employees, including housekeeping and security, provided excellent service and warmly welcomed us. Everyone was cheerful and friendly. - Our room was spacious with plenty of usable space, even though we booked the cheapest room type. - There were plenty of activities available within the hotel. It’s perfect for relaxing whether you’re staying with family or as a couple. - The hotel is pet-friendly, which we absolutely loved. ❤️😍 - In November, they offer a “moo kata” (Thai BBQ) service from around 5 PM onward at the camping area. The area is clean and beautifully set up, with great atmosphere and service. The food was tasty and hygienic. We were very impressed. ❤️ - One thing we would really like to see improved is the in-room TV. The TV is too old and there is no Internet TV, cable channels, or online streaming services available. We could only watch a few local channels, which were low quality and very limited 😭

For me, everything was good overall. However, the hotel entrance is very dark at night, which can be inconvenient. The breakfast options were quite limited for the price. In addition, the hotel may not be suitable for elderly guests, as the slope makes walking difficult.

Perfect room, fluffy bed and pillow, nice and service mind staff

This hotel is great! surrounded by greenery& we can feed the alpacas. We got cocktails during happy hours& it was amazing. I’d definitely come back here again.

We loved this place and glad we chose this place to spend our night with our pet dog before we head up to Khon Khean. They are so thoughtful and we also love the view at the “bird nest” restaurant.

The room facilities are too outdated.
