Very satisfied. While the dining and amenities could be improved, my main need was some time to unwind. The only downside is that it's a bit far from Bangkok. You can order from 7-Eleven through their app.

I honestly think this is a must-visit spot in Khao Yai. We stayed in the most basic room type, and the room design was very elegant with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The afternoon tea snacks weren't as tasty as I'd hoped, but overall, it was a very relaxing vacation here, adding wonderful memories to our Khao Yai trip.

The room's theme design is very unique, and it's clean and tidy. The environment is beautiful and perfect for families with children or couples. The hotel's childcare service is excellent and they take great care of the little ones. In the afternoon, you can even take the kids cycling around the lake!

We stayed for two nights including breakfast and diner. Everything was very satisfactory. The only suggestion would be that they serve the same menu for our two night dinners. However the restaurant manager was kind enough to let us change the main course on the second day but the starter and the dessert were the same and there were only two choices and not one vegetarian option. Otherwise everything was very good and the staff were super friendly.

The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The room was clean, the restaurant served delicious food, and the atmosphere was great. The only downside was that the breakfast selection was not as varied as expected for the room rate paid.
