We stayed here for a 2-day concert at Impact Arena. The location of the accommodation is convenient as this is close to the DMK Airport and is also close to the concert venue. You can either walk or book a grab. There is also a 7/11 nearby. The owner was also responsive in chat. Since this is a self check-in and the accommodation is an apartment complex, you don’t expect someone to greet and do the check-in for you. Just follow the owner’s instructions as stated in the chat and there will be no problem. Our room was fine, although the things inside are not really new or thoroughly cleaned but it’s not much of an issue to us. The bed was also big enough for 1 person, and it’s clean as well. The bathroom is also nice, smells good and has amenities already inside (not free tho). Again, just a tip: if you’re looking for a budget-friendly accommodation near the concert venues around Muang Thong Thani and you don’t mind staying at an apartment-style room, is not sensitive when it comes to hotel, and just looking for a place to sleep then this might be for you. After all, you will be outside for most of the time anyway. I can consider booking here again when I attend another concert. Thank you!

The accommodation was very clean, and the room looked new and well-maintained. It's conveniently located near Impact Arena, perfect for those attending concerts or events. The room was fully equipped with amenities like towels, blankets, a perfectly working air conditioner, drinking water, and other necessities. It was a comfortable stay, and I didn't need to bring anything extra. Overall, I was impressed with both the cleanliness and the convenient location.

It's located in a residential area, so it might be a bit roundabout to get to, but it's very close to the exhibition center, just a 15-minute walk. There's a shopping mall, supermarket, food court, and 7-Eleven nearby, making dining very convenient.

Clean accommodation at a good price. Conveniently located with both bus access and proximity to the BTS Skytrain. Close to Impact Arena and Cosmo Bazaar, making it easy to find food options.

The room was clean and tidy, perfect for staying after an Impact concert.

My room in C3 building, near market but the room is old. Easy to eat

Great for introverts as you're able to just rock up straight to your room and that's it. Used this hotel as I was going to a live concert at Impact Arena. It was only about 300m(?) away which isn't bad at all considering price too. There are little restaurants and cafes outside on the first floor, which is convenient for on the go. You have to find the room yourself according to the info you're given; building (C2~C9) (there are big ass signs on the top of the buildings so easy to find once in the area), floor number, and room number. Had trouble finding which corner to enter the building (A~D), so had to make a call but the staff had very good English so was very reassuring (for future reference, find the corner with the security guard-looking ppl inside that are there 24/7 apparently and ask to be let in. Keys are hidden at the entrance of your room and has a key-card attached which can be used to beep yourself in and out of building too.) The room is within an apartment complex that other thai people live in too (with security) so it's also a very good place to get a little slice of life of Bangkok.

Good for those wanted to visit impact

A nice place for introverts and solo travellers.

The room was clean and the price was reasonable. It's close to Muang Thong, so you can easily walk to the concert.

Travel to stay to prepare for the exam Parking There is no parking for the room, but there is public parking that you have to find yourself around the building, which is not enough on that day because there are many buildings using the service. Around the building where I stayed, there is a market, many food services, convenient Room, the door is double-locked, when I first opened the door, there was a musty smell, the bathroom was clean but the water drainage was not good, the sink could not drain the water. There is a microwave, but the power plug in the room does not support it because the plug in the room is a 2-prong type. Traveling in and out is convenient, walking to Impact in no more than 5 minutes, along the way there are shops, restaurants.

The room was huge and amazing! Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend for anyone coming to the condo. Easy to contact and good security with security guards on duty.
