Conveniently located near the concert venue. The host was very accommodating and helpful. There are plenty of food options nearby, right next to IMPACT Arena.

Four friends and I stayed here for a concert at Impact Arena. Since we only needed a place to sleep, it was perfectly fine if you're not too picky. It was a huge help that they received our suitcases sent from the airport! The microwave and hairdryer were a nice bonus.

Convenient for concert-goers, with plenty of food options within easy walking distance. The owner is friendly and it feels very safe.

This was a great location for the exhibition center. I wouldn't have wanted to stay there alone as it's in a bit of a back area, however near to malls and 7/11. The people were friendly and the room was clean. I would stay again for the exhibition center.

It's near Impact Arena, within walking distance. There are convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, making it a great location. Be careful, the check-in process is a bit confusing! I had to enter through the back and go all the way to the check-in area. They said my name wasn't on the reservation, but I found it after searching! There wasn't a hairdryer, but they brought one when I asked. There's no towel change service for consecutive nights. They advertised a luggage storage service, but I was a little hesitant to ask about it. I wonder if it's actually available?

The room was clean. Entering and exiting the building was difficult because of facial recognition, but the security guard was kind and scanned my face every time. The hallway to the room was a little scary. There are food options and motorbike taxis around the accommodation. Overall, it was quite good.

The mysterious entrance initially made me wonder if it would be spooky, but it turned out to be quite pleasant. The room had everything I needed, the air conditioning was great, perfect for concertgoers who want to avoid traffic. There are plenty of affordable food options downstairs, it's close to 7-Eleven and Amazon, and there are motorbike taxis readily available. Very convenient!

I booked this hotel because it was close to my business trip destination. The location was good, being close to my destination and a Japanese supermarket, but the entrance shown on the booking site was the same as the actual building, and once inside, it was a building that was quite old. I had no choice but to give up because I hadn't checked properly, but there was a facial recognition gate at the entrance, and I was confused about how to enter, but when I held my face up to the scanner, I was able to enter even though I didn't remember registering??? However, I couldn't leave until the day of checkout. It seems like it would be fine for a short business trip of 2 or 3 nights.

The room was clean, the water pressure was strong, and there was a water heater. There were plenty of food options downstairs. The owner gave good advice.

It's close to Impact Arena. There's a 7-Eleven nearby. It's like renting a room in an apartment, and the room has a microwave, kettle, and refrigerator.
