Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

Had a wonderful stay at Aariya Palampur Resort. Peaceful location, clean rooms, and beautiful mountain views. The hospitality was outstanding—staff were polite, caring, and always helpful Special thanks to miss siya, Mr Santosh and miss meenu. Delicious food and great service. Truly a relaxing and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

We got the opportunity to stay at this wonderful resort for three nights and four days. The staff was very attentive and available at a moment’s notice to help us with anything and everything we needed while traveling with a two-year-old, and they were very supportive of making sure we gave her what she asked for, without worrying whether it was on the menu or not. Overall, the place was very accommodating, pleasant, and blissful with excellent services. One should not forget the spa's outstanding service at a reasonable price. I specifically want to thank Meenu, who helped us in the dining room, and Santosh, who was constantly there to help us with any needs in the room. I'm not including every other name, but several others helped us throughout our stay.

The accommodation is very comfortable and spacious at a beautiful location.Meenu Bisht (F& B),Puneet (Mgr),Amit (Bartender)and Arun (Supervisor) and Gopal took good care of us.The spa was also very relaxing and Wizuli gave a great therapy. A must visit property.
