Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

the only inconvenience was that you cannot take the luggage directly to the lift. there are a few stairs in between. Hotel should consider making a slope there to drag luggage. Staff is friendly, but not always available near the stairs. Hence, moving in and out with luggage was a slight concern. rest all good.

The hotel is a little far from the city center. The environment is good and quite quiet. Breakfast was OK. The swimming pool is good and suitable for family swimming. The local Indonesian dishes in the restaurant may not be suitable for Chinese tastes.
