Me gustó todo en general, menos el desayuno que incluimos en la reserva, que era de calidad muy baja y variedad escasa, no había pan fresco( congelado o de molde solo), zumo de bote de piña o melocotón(de naranja ni de bote), tortilla congelada precocinada, fiambre de muy baja calidad, etc, para lo que costó, nos pareció un timo.
Por lo demás, conserjes muy amables y profesionales, habitación bien, limpieza muy bien, parquin un poco justo para coche familiar. Puntuación total sin desayuno 8, el desayuno calidad/precio 0.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable y correcto en todo momento. Las instalaciones estaban bien; bonita y cómoda habitación. La ubicación del hotel era buena, muy cercana a bares y restoranes que sirven comida hasta tarde en la noche. Buena relación precio-calidad. Se pasó muy bien durante el fin de semana. Recomendaría mucho quedarse en este hotel. Gracias.

Stayed here 26th July on way upto santander pleasantly surprised, clean bright modern building underground carpark included in room price, cafeteria bit basic but ok, room 110 % with very good aircon , ideal for santander ( 125 miles ) or Bilao ferry ( 140 miles )

The hotel is located about a10 minute walk from the town center. My room spacious, modern, and well designed for the traveler, the bed comfortable An outstanding receptionist, Irene, went far beyond duty when I asked her for some information on transportation to Villa Romana Olmeda. She got all the bus schedules and the names and phone numbers of taxi drivers. Tips: The best, closest restaurant is Boulevar, two blocks from the hotel where everyone knows your name.

Viajo por acompañamiento hospitalario y desconozco las noches que voy a pernoctar. Hotel ubicado en la entrada a Palencia, pero dentro del casco urbano. Posibilidad de estacionar en las inmediaciones aunque el hotel dispone de parking privado. Recepción: Profesionales y de calidad humana alta. Agradables y cercanos. Habitaciones. Limpias, amplias, insonorizadas. Calidad del sueño alta. Ha cumplido las expectativas con creces. PD. Un lugar para comer cerca del hotel: Cervecería Boulevard. Trato cercano y agradable. Jueves (día del chicharro), comida de calidad con precios asequibles (el fin de semana hay que reservar).

En general bastante bien Limpieza super. El personal super amable especialmente la chica de la cafetería donde hacíamos las cenas. Bufé desayuno normalito. Las habitaciones cómodas . A mejorar las persianas que hacían mucho ruido y se oían la de las habitaciones contiguas. No hay nevera en las habitaciones cosa muy necesaria especialmente en esta época . Sugiero agarraderas en el baño y poner algo antideslizante ya que resbalaban bastante. En general bien y la zona muy tranquila.
