Great location- good service. The room was clean, and comfortable. I only stood one night, as this was a transit day for me in Palermo. The staff were helpful and able to accommodate me arriving slightly earlier than expected. The location is great for a first time visit in Palermo- just outside the Quattro Canti.

The hotel is magnificent, truly palace-like. However, the facilities are a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite cramped, with a broken sliding door.

The hotel boasts the best possible location. It's right in the city center, putting all major attractions within easy reach. While it's not a luxury hotel – just a standard Italian 4-star – everything is conveniently organized. The only minor issues were that the bread and ham (presumably at breakfast) would occasionally run out, requiring us to ask staff to bring more. The soundproofing also leaves something to be desired. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

The location is fantastic, within a 10-minute walk of the Teatro Massimo and Palermo Cathedral, and a 5-minute walk to the seaside. The hotel rooms are relatively basic, but the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of fruits, including incredibly sweet black plums. The house was once home to a baron, and the current dining room is his former bedroom.

The hotel is less than 5 meters from the Four Corners Square, with a pedestrian street downstairs, and a great location. The hotel is a palace-style building. Although it is a century-old house, the interior is well-renovated, giving you a feeling of returning to the Renaissance.

The hotel is conveniently located in the downtown area, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. The lobby is grand and artistically decorated, giving the impression of being in a palace. The key card is quite unique, but the room amenities and layout don't quite match the grandeur of the lobby, and the facilities are a bit dated.

A fantastic hotel! 1. Excellent location: Famous attractions like the Quadrilateral Square (crossroads), the Pretoria Fountain, and the Admiral's Abbey are right outside the door. The theater, palace, and cathedral are a 6-7 minute walk away. It's also situated in a bustling commercial area, making shopping and dining very convenient. 2. Excellent service: The staff are patient and welcoming, remembering every guest's needs and requests. The hotel restaurant offers a rich and delicious selection, and you can even make your own cannoli for breakfast! 3. Exquisite décor: Full of European luxury, the separate lobby is elegant and classic, and a tea break area is provided. Multiple elevators are available for easy access, and there is a wheelchair accessible. The rooms are fully equipped, and there's a private balcony for relaxation. Cons: The air conditioning is a bit noisy (but can be turned off), and there are staircases connecting different floors within the building. Overall: Highly recommended! There's no better choice.

The location is excellent, right next to the Quattro Square. The hotel looks very old and historic, reminding me of the Grand Budapest Hotel, but because it's so old, it has a slightly eerie feel to it—I guess that's just my perception. The service was very friendly; they proactively arranged a private car for us to the airport, and the hotel breakfast was also very generous.

The hotel itself feels like a palace, with its decor, furniture, and décor reminiscent of a Norman palace. The front desk said it was built during the same period. The hotel's location is fantastic, right near the Quattro Canto. The room was spacious, with unique, antique windows. The bathroom had a shower in the tub, typical of a traditional four-star hotel. The breakfast was hearty, and the hotel's own restaurant and bar were upscale and reasonably priced. The staff was professional and attentive. Because my child had online classes, the front desk was especially kind and checked me in immediately after the room was cleaned, an hour earlier than the hotel's stated check-in time. This is quite rare in European hotels, which generally adhere to strict rules.

This hotel is incredibly historic and full of character. I loved its style and attention to detail. The staff were exceptionally nice, the kind you'd associate with old-school waiters. The location in the city center makes everything easily accessible. My only suggestion is to avoid driving. Driving in Palermo is incredibly difficult; I almost mistook the street the hotel is on for a pedestrian zone. Even though we'd spoken to the hotel by phone and they provided valet parking upon our arrival, the drive was still a daunting experience.

Our triple room was a good size. The facilities were a bit dated. There was a parking lot, but it was difficult to access. We asked the waiter to drive it for us, paying a small fee. The location is excellent, with major attractions within a 15-minute walk. Turning left is Sifangjiao, and turning another left is the bustling restaurant street.

This hotel is terrible, don't book it! I often travel to Europe for work and sometimes leave things at the hotel, and I almost always manage to get them back. However, this time I accidentally left a small jewelry box with two necklaces inside. When I called the hotel the next day, they said they couldn't find it and refused to admit that the housekeeping staff had taken it. Therefore, this is either a disreputable hotel or the staff are very unprofessional; everyone should be careful.
