The hotel reception staff were welcoming and provided excellent service; I was quite satisfied with the hotel. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, and the restaurant is quiet and clean.

The room is indeed an old one, decorated in style. I don’t know where they got some rotten wood furniture, but it looks pretty good. Hygiene, service are OK, breakfast is simple and sufficient. The surrounding area is not far from the internet-famous Cross Street, the snack market, and various fountains. Sicily is not very big and you can reach them by walking.

The front desk was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us check in. The front desk booked restaurants for us in advance and were always cheery! Fantastic stay!

The hotel was lovely, clean and the staff so friendly. Breakfast was peaceful and delicious in the courtyard I slept so well after long days walking the Mercado Ballaro!
