Loved this hotel. It was beautifully appointed and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were well designed and it was the comfiest bed I have ever slept in! The location was perfect. Right around the corner from streets with lots of restaurants and an easy walk to local attractions. The Teatro Massimo was right across the street and was my favourite thing to visit. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again although there are some stairs to get up to reception but there is a lift part way from the ground floor for those with mobility issues. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a gem of a place!

Stayed at Palco Rooms & Suites in Palermo for two nights. The property was spotless and perfectly located near the city’s core — you can walk everywhere. Giacomo and both Stefanias were professional, kind, personable, and incredibly helpful. Breakfast offered plenty of homemade, delicious options. Our room was modern, immaculate, and very comfortable. Overall, Palco Rooms & Suites gets my highest rating and is a place I’d happily return to. Saluti

If you want a great location at a cheap price this may be the perfect place for you. Right across the street from the opera house which is a great place to be. In my opinion best in Palermo. The room is a nice size as is the bathroom. It’s quiet at night. Includes breakfast. The AC worked decently and I controlled it myself. But some major things to be aware of. It’s not really a hotel. The front desk folks are here 8am to 2ish. You have a key and fob to let yourself in from the street and into the place. Once inside the only way up is a very small elevator ( 2 people) then you must still walk 10 marble steps. So if you can’t carry your luggage or have any kind of accessible issues it isn’t for you. Breakfast is ok. Store made bread, a few pastries, yogurt and granola and lots of coffee choices. No eggs. It starts at 8 so if you have an early tour or flight you are out of luck. The shower was strong and hot but not in great shape. Shampoo but no conditioner. They also charged our credit card multiple times for different amounts. Some got refunded and in the end I'm sure it will all be ok but definitely annoying
