The hotel is in a great location, but the check-in building is not at the hotel! It took me a long time to find it by phone, and the experience was average. The environment is not as nice as in the pictures.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm and friendly welcome from Mr. Gaetano and his wife. They advised us on everything and always took care of our every need in a super efficient and friendly manner. The room was equipped with every comfort, extremely clean and spacious. If we were to return to Palermo, we would definitely stay here again, especially since it's in an excellent location, close to everything. Congratulations!
