Atrium Hotel

I enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the Manager (Konrad I think). He helped us organize some trips to nearest places, recommended great attractions. The hotel is good, perfect for the price we payed. The room was clean and quiet. Small downfall was that we had terrace near parking so people from outside could see us, quite inconvenient. The food was very delicious and varied but what I didn't personally like was that there was no free access to water, you had to ask waiters for it each time. Beach and the city center is around 1km away but there is a free bus (we didn't use it though as the walk was super nice). The neighborhood is beautiful. I would stay again in Atrium :)

We visited Atrium hotel on 12th of September and we spent a week here. Hotel is really nice and kids friendly. All staff was just awesome, receptionists, waitress, bartenders and cleaning ladies was absolutely brilliant. All kids are really welcome there, we had great time in kids club with all those face painting and different activities. In the evenings they had mini disco almost every day, it was lots of fun for our daughter. Thanks for a lovely time guys and keep going 😊 Regards. Eva, Lucas and Kaya

This hotel is good value for money. Entertainment every night for kids and adults. Food was tasty but being a smaller hotel it’s limited on selection. Pools are great. Minibus to the main bustling town, minutes away. The driver is grumpy so beware! It is up a steep hill so walking could be a challenge for some. All in all, great holiday, lovely area, lovely restaurants.

Pools for both small children and those who are already learning to swim. Cool water playground. Animators establish great contact with hotel guests and make their time at the pool and in the evenings more pleasant. Evening entertainment for children and adults. Our kids couldn't miss any evening with the brilliant animation team from the Lions group.

This is a 3 star hotel AT BEST. There’s a lot of issues. Rooms are small and there’s AC but it doesn’t work often. When we complained they gave us a fan and said to keep the window open (it was 42 degrees outside). When we complained again they moved us to another room with working AC. Our friends had the same issue, AC broke and they tried to get them to put on a fan before reluctantly agreeing to give them another room. There’s a restaurant but the food is cheap. A lot of pasta, french fries, etc. They try to feed you but want to spend the least amount of money they can get away with. Drinks are not included with your meal. I don’t mean alcohol. Water is not included. You have to pay for any kind of drink. Hotel is 15 min from the beach which is okay going down but coming up that big hill in 40+ degree heat is horrible. There is a shuttle but it’s small and always full. Come 15 minutes before the departure time or you won’t get on. Shuttle is old and also broke down so we still had to walk. The staff are very friendly (except at the bar like another reviewer said. It’s as if they’re annoyed to have to serve you drinks you pay €10 for). There’s nighttime shows for entertainment but nothing worth actually going to. Low effort type of events for kids. Overall this hotel is just not worth the money in my opinion. Compared to places like Cuba, Mexico, Dominican etc… Greece is really lacking. More expensive for a worse experience in every way.

Worse all inclusive holiday I have ever been to. Do not come here if you are British, you will be the minority and treated / served differently from other nationalities. Firstly the food - the small dining room, looks and feels like something from the 1960’s school dinner hall. The food is all swimming in grease and looks like it was made the week before. Same options every day. Except the meat changes. No access to bottles of water , unless you pay (never had this before), you are allowed cups of water that comes from the same tap as the soft drinks. Leaving a funny taste. The soft drinks are not branded and are equivalent to Lidl special. Staff were not friendly and welcoming, apart from two bar staff and our cleaner. The reception lady, who has previously been complained about : is very friendly and accommodating. Not enough entertainment for families and it’s very repetitive. The hotel is very clean and in pretty settings. Definitely not a 4 star 🌟
