It was a horrible experience. I don’t know what happened to this chain. They used to be good.
The place has had water damage and there was mold. When I got ready to go to sleep, I spotted bedbugs. BEDBUGS!!!! Really?
Because I was so tired from doing some all day work and it was really late and had to get up real early, I didn’t complain right away. Instead, I had to sleep in my car.
The breakfast area smelled like a sewage pipe had bursted.
They offered no refund.

Location was good, the carpet in the room was filthy and the bathtub had rust around the fixtures.
The breakfast was marginal at best and the coffee in the lobby was worse than a truck stop, black and thick. Light switch on left wall powers the whole room , but each light was turned off, so turned lamps on but tv didn’t work took awhile to figure it out, ugh
Because came in room in daylight and turned the lamps on but tv didn’t turn work so not everything seemed connected?

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn in Palm Beach Gardens but tried the Best Western due to the price differential. I guess you get what you pay for. The Best Western is tired and worn and desperately needs a refresh. The furniture and carpet are old and scuffed and the walls look like they have not been painted in years. The worst part was that there was mold growing on the furniture in our room. Yuck!

Must be one of the worst Best Westerns around. Horrible musty smell in room, scratched and rusty bath. Mould on wall and on bedroom window. Room not cleaned properly, ridiculously noisy bathroom extractor. Terrible breakfast and awful coffee. Pool too cold for comfortable use.
