Was hoping for more children playgrounds and areas where toddlers could play besides swim. There were a lot of kids at the hotel who probably would have enjoyed other areas.

This rubbish hotel put the tip on the bill. We booked New Year's Eve dinner at 6pm and waited for more than an hour before we were served. There was only one male waiter and none of the dishes were good. I only wanted to give a 10% tip, so I changed the 20% 45 to 10%, which is 22.5. Damn, it actually thought I had to give it 10% more. It's so *******. It only ordered a dish and served a dish. Is it worth so much money? ! Tips are voluntary. If the service is good, give more. If the service is not good, you still force it? !

Hanging onto its Glory Days
Greeting at reception was less than engaged and welcoming. The bathroom in the room had very weak water pressure. The Honeybelle restaurant was terribly mediocre for the resort and quality dining in general. I had to send my scallops back - they were rubbery and brown. Overall, the hotel feels dated and could use a refresh already (I know they just had a significant renovation).

We had an incredible experience at the PGA hotel. The atmosphere was stunning, and our room was beautiful and spotless. It was a pleasure to stay here. I especially want to highlight the excellent attitude of the hotel reception staff – they were always happy to help, provide guidance, and accommodate our needs.
The only issue we encountered was with the host at the Honeybelle restaurant. When we came for breakfast, his attitude towards us was not very welcoming.

We loved the facilities and the staff, unfortunately our room had a very terrible sewage odor coming from the shower and even when we mentioned this to the staff the issue was not resolved.
