Playa Linda Beach Resort

I loved Playa Linda ! My room was clean The area is perfect and in the middle of everything! All the staff were amazing and very welcoming/ professional! Rygell Boye was awesome and had a great personality ! He is a hard worker and always helped me picking out my favorite Chiki on the beach and pool. He was very knowledgeable of Aruba when I was asking him questions. Everyone needs to find him at 5:30 AM lol and then get your cup of coffee chill on the beach ! Go say hello to Luis who books the fun boat tours for Pelican. His booth is next to Rygell . He’s so nice and will tell you the perfect cruise to go on. I hope to visit again soon.

Playa Linda's management decided to construct a much larger beach bar against the main buiding directly under my unit 118 with a large roof that extends far out blocking the beach view that I had and of course bringing noise right under my kids bedroom window. People are there until 10pm just below the bedroom window of tghe unit. The new bar has hideous bright yellow and white striped umbrellas, chairs and a roof....trying to be South of France but literally looks like a cheap and tacky circus. The theme does not match the style of the resort at all. Who approved this design? The back of the Playa Linda really is becoming junked up with mismatched decor of the buisiness, less beach space, less huts to add more space to businesses. Its becoming crowded on the beach in the summer so I can't imagine where people sit during the high season. Playa Linda is a great resort that desperately needs new management.

We are owners of week 31 for 9 years and it was worth every dollar. This year I noticed they made management changes to the beach palapa morning sign in process and to me it made a difference. Every morning I was greeted by Rygell who always has a smile on his face, great personality and made sure I had the best experience. Thanks Rygell for starting my day with a smile

Pelican Tours is the best in Vezels excursion and Land tours.

Such a beautiful resort with excellent amenities and staff! Rygell Boye is an example of the excellent staff....so friendly and very helpful! He offers valuable info regarding the resort and also is knowledgable in Aruba adventures offered outside of the resort! Thanks Rygell!

Shout out to Jesse for keeping our resort safe. He keenly recognized a situation where a group of individuals who were trespassing on property and quickly removed them without anyone realizing there was a problem. Jesse’s presence, public relations skills, demeanor and quickness to act make us feel safe and comfortable in this beautiful Resort!

Playa Linda is amazing! The staff make this place a wonderful experience. Lourdes in housekeeping is wonderful and sweet and accommodates everyone! Wes and Junior the bell men are super helpful, friendly and make us feel like family! Louis is so friendly at the beach! And how can I forget Kirk and Gasper! Such sweet guys! Kirk is super friendly and we always miss seeing his face when he has his day off. Thank you to all the staff for every bit of our great experiences! I had a wonderful experience during my stay, and I would especially like to recognize Rygell for providing exceptional customer service. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. He made me feel welcomed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. His positive attitude and kindness truly made a difference in my experience. We had an incredible time at the resort, but one of the absolute highlights of our trip was meeting Rygell! As a new addition to the beach team, he made an instant impression. When we went down to get our chickee, his warm smile, welcoming personality, and attentive service completely brightened our day. He made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time by the water. The resort itself is beautiful, but staff members like Rygell truly take the experience to the next level. We can’t wait to come back!
