Best Hotels in Palm Beach Shores, United States

I was concerned with all reviews but decided to chance it since we wanted to stay on the beach in that location. We were in town for event so we spent a lot of time off site. We always found parking. Start off to say we knew it was vacation club which is different than a Marriott resort. There is tiki pool bar but no full service restaurant. But the Tiki bar has enough options for lunch and drinks. There is no room service or housekeeping. However they will bring you what you need if you ask. Be patient the staff works hard to serve everyone. “This is more bring food and make it at Resort.” We enjoyed our studio room. I am pretty sure they just had painted it. It worked for us. We stayed in Corbia building which was perfect. We had pool outside our building and easy access to the beach. The room has kitchenette including toaster, microwave, coffee maker. A fridge that was bigger than mini fridge. There was couch. But my favorite spot was patio. We swam at the pool closest to our building and always found a chair. We tried the main pool but couldn’t find chairs and kids were screaming all over so wanted to stay at one closest to us. So many activities for kids to do each day. They have list and lots going on. Each day there are specials at Tiki Bar but they do run out. There is area that has miniature golf course, corn hole, and shuffle board to play. Beach- two entrances and both have broken entry ways and broken showers. So needs to be fixed. I’m sure from storms but easy fix. Chair rentals is from 3rd party service $60 day or $100/two day. There is some sea**** on beach but that is from all the storms. The water is pretty and temperature was nice. We saw lots of families and it was busy time. For eating bring food to eat at hotel. There are few restaurants around but not many. They have grill area we saw guests using. I would come back as family with no doubt. My only feedback is they need more towels. They were always out quickly.

Would recommend this hotel to anyone! Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Location perfect and can be taking the to beach and the town is right on the door step no need for taxi’s or driving!

Affordable hotel, one kilometer from the beach.

We stayed here for more than two weeks as our home was under renovation. Our double Queen bed room was most comfortable and quite spacious. The beds provided just the right amount of firmnesses as I have a bad back and cannot sleep on soft beds. The bathroom was a good size and very bright. Shower pressure was excellent. There was plenty of storage areas in our room which was great for our long term stay. The hotel location is great - across the street from countless restaurants and within a two minute drive of many more. The hotel grounds are kept immaculate and the pool area is lush and most inviting. As long term guests we were grateful to have a laundry room located on premises. The included breakfast was terrific and included several varieties of eggs, biscuits and gravy, a waffle maker, breakfast meats, yogurts, cold cereals, hot oatmeal, bagels, breads, muffins, fresh fruits, coffee/tea/hot cocoa and a variety of juices. Staff continuously replenished items throughout breakfast hours. During our stay we noticed how spotless the staff kept the common areas of the hotel. Housekeeping (once every four days unless otherwise requested) was wonderful and assisted us with any requests such as extra soap, moisturizer, towels, etc. Our interactions with ALL members of the staff were exceedingly pleasant as everyone was very friendly and took the time to chat with us. We truly were made to feel at home throughout our stay.

We checked out early after three windows on our car were damaged our first night when someone tried to break into the car overnight. Although there are signs in the parking lot that it is mointored with video cameras, it turns out that only applies to the area right in front of the hotel where there is very limited parking. We were told (after the fact) that the area where we parked had no video coverage. None of the few spaces which do have video coverage were actually open when we checked in. We later learned that the area around the hotel is apparently not a safe area, and the hotel apparently does not have adequate security. The hotel manager said he would submit a claim for the damage to our car, but after chasing after the person who was suppsed to he handling the claim, the first time we spoke with that person, he told me the claim was denied and the hotel had done nothing wrong, even though I discussed the inadequate security. The hotel is also located right next to a busy train track and I was woken up at about 3:00 am when a train passed by. The vibration from the nearby train was so extreme that my entire bed was shaking. The hotel rooms are also very dingy, dated and small, We booked a room with a pull out sofa for our son to sleep in, and when we pulled the sleeper out, the bed actually blocked the ability to walk through from the area where the other beds were through to the door of the room. I strongly recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

I stayed with my niece for a 5 day getaway. It was a great stay. Front desk staff pleasant and very helpful. Our room on the 5th floor had everything we needed. Most of the time we were outdoors either at the pool or beach. Beach and pool staff very kind and were ready to get us settled always. The most wonderful thing was the bar staff. Both Anibal and Kenneth made our stay the very best. When they had time to chat I always enjoyed there company. They were very busy but always provided wonderful service. The atmosphere was always fun and friendly which lead to many new friends at the bar Thank you I will go back Elaine

The room is big, and the hotel agrees to a late check-out because of the need to use the Internet. Thanks to Ctrip's customer service for the assistance, it is very warm.

A typical 3 star. Still carpet in the rooms. Swimming pool very clean. Breakfast ok but long stay gets boring, nothing changes from one day to the next. Well located, next to a mega cinema and an amusement park. There is no room service but housekeeping is good, done every two days.

We needed to stay at a hotel for one night before an early flight to Aruba out of FLL. The accommodations were excellent. Friendly staff, easy check in, easy check out, and free gated parking. The room was modern and super clean. The complimentary breakfast was perfect. Eggs, Bacon, Bagels, Cereals, Juices, Coffee, etc. when we drove up to the property we were slightly concerned at first because we felt like the neighborhood wasn't great. However that was actually not an issue at all as we were not there to sleep on the street! Once we were inside the hotel we felt completely safe and secure, and the location was perfect for zipping down to the airport the next morning. Don't think twice about it! Stay Here!
