Alassio Palm Cove

We had a lovely stay in an ocean view apartment. The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The position is straight across from the beach with a cafe underneath. The only downside is the Irish pub beside the units. Most nights it was fine but Saturday night they run very bad, very loud karioke until 11.30pm. Don't expect to sleep during this time. I'd definitely recommend and stay in the apartment again, but never on a Saturday night.

Only been here one day and disappointed that our view is a white blank wall, no view of the beach and no view of the pool area. Very tired and sad. Two weeks and will have to stay disppointed. Very little storage and very dark. Need to have the light on all day. Patio. Is enclosed on 3 walls

Lovely place to stay but no management on site, so hoonish behaviour around the pool means nothing can be done about it, such a pity.

Rm 103 nice accessible room w disabled bathroom.My husband wheelchair bound so we are always looking for accessible rooms as they are few and far between. Only minus.I am 76 and although not disabled am not as agile as I used to be.I wanted to go in pool and although it’s pretty shallow was worried about getting out as there were no railings or anything to hang onto which I was very surprised about considering they have disabled facilities.

Apartment 306 - 3rd floor. 9 day stay. Pros: -Beautiful location. -Lots of options to dine out. -Lovely pool area. -Great BBQ area. -Comfortable king size bed. Cons: -The condition of the bathroom was ordinary with rotting walls and black build up along the bottom of shower doors. -Leaky shower which we assume is the cause of water damage to various areas. -No lifts. - Pool is rather shallow. - No storage in bathroom such as vanity drawers.

Good mid tier hotel - only negative... we had to PAY to get two towels for the POOL!!

Stayed in 104-2, small ground floor poolside room with no view even of the pool. The toilet was faulty and gurgled noisily 24/7, even with the water turned off. No plumber was available to fix during our weekend stay. The ‘bed’ was actually two singles pushed together with a mattress topper over, so the two beds continually moved apart and you could roll into the dip in the centre. The aformentioned toilet is near the entrance to the room, it has a trip hazard lip as you enter, but the (very nice) bathroom is at the opposite end. The veneer on the bedsides was peeling. Overall, a rather shabby place, in need of refurnishing, and the drains fixing.
