The Reef House Adults Retreat

The Reef House is centrally located in Palm Cove& is the most welcoming & friendly accommodation that we have ever stayed in. Nothing is too much trouble for the delightful staff. There were many extra included activities in our stay such as wine appreciation, cocktail making, art classes & the evening ‘happy hour’ with punch & canapés was a great way to meet other guests. Our room was comfortable & clean with a lovely terrace. We’ve come away feeling very happy & relaxed & looking forward to returning.

Thoroughly relaxing, with fun and great food. The staff were always warm and friendly. We were welcomed as if we were coming home. The everyday events, like the 3pm sorbets by the pool, the evening punch and canapes, the cocktail classes and more added to the many things to do. And while by the pool the poolside butler service was great if you wanted a drink or a snack or a great lunch.

Ideally situated, in an absolute tranquil and tropical setting. A lovely oasis to relax and pamper yourself. The service is excellent. A very special place we consider it an absolute treasure and plan to go back many times.

We loved our week at Reef House Palm cove. The resort staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and made sure we were familiar with what the resort has to offer. A la carte breakfast in the open restaurant overlooking the beach is a great start to the day. Our package included a dinner and Seafood platter lunch , great service and food. Invited a couple of friends for another dinner who were staying nearby, they were equally impressed. Staff members were friendly and always helpful. The resort common areas, pool and self service bar work well. Plenty of room. We stayed in a large room with a balcony overlooking the main pool area which was very comfortable and maintained to a high standard every day. If you're after a five star break I would recommend Reef House.

We had the most amazing experience staying at the reef house. The staff are so friendly and accomodating. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The food excellent. And absolutely loved the warm mineral pool!

Location is center of Palm Cove. Right on the water. Easy access to shops and walking along esplanade. Atmosphere is total luxury, super friendly accommodating staff. Value for money with all the inclusions. The food was 5 star.

We recently had the most relaxing stay at The Reef House, where you could do as much or as little as you like, with so many activities included there is something for everyone. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to do what they could to enhance our experience for which we are truly grateful. We stayed in a verandah spa suite which had so many well-thought-out little touches making our stay so comfortable that we didn’t want to leave. Breakfast overlooking the beach as the sun rose over the Coral Sea was the perfect start to the day. Lunch by the pool and the nightly dinners were lovely with superb food and such friendly service from all the waitstaff. The degustation was the highlight of our dining experiences and being a more prolonged meal with so many delicious courses and such attentive service, it only heightened the ambience and romance - we would highly recommend it. The day spa had so many indulgent treatments on offer, we chose the 75 min wellness massages which were individually tailored to our needs and just heavenly. What bliss! We loved our stay at the Reef House and definitely left feeling rested, rejuvenated, and rebalanced. We hope to make it a regular getaway.
