Patio area with chairs and fire place was very nice but chair cushions were dirty & stained, service was also extremely slow, had to go inside to get drinks. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable but pillows were hard. Hotel was cheap on providing extra TP and Kleenex in room. Would have expected better from Marriott in all aspects. Will try another hotel next time.

The hotel lobby and amenities are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of towels at the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is big enough for a number of people soaking in it together. Two big containers of water are ready for you in the lobby. The room is dated; the screen door requires some work. Water comes out from both the shower head and faucet when taking showers. Overall, we had a good time.

What a great hotel, the location is in the centre of Palm Springs, the fire pits outside are simply amazing. Staff were really friendly.

Staff were helpful and pleasant throughout my stay. Food was delicious. Only complaint would be the pool being very warm so much so that it wasn’t refreshing. Perhaps they could improve this by adding some kind of shading to the pool area. Otherwise a wonderful stay in a central location.

I made a reservation for the second week of Coachella. It was a shame that I couldn't relax and enjoy my stay at this lovely hotel. The staff were friendly and the hospitality was excellent. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also kind. The room was clean and comfortable.

It's OK, the location is good, the overall room size is OK...

Stayed for one night temporarily. Although the hotel is a bit old, it is comfortable and clean. The parking lot is open. When you check in, the front desk will ask you if you have parking. It is 25 dollars a day. But there is no exit check when going out... There is a Starbucks and restaurant downstairs. The price of coffee is more expensive than outside and the taste is not as good as outside.

Very comfortable beds, great smoke free hotel. Top facility we relaxed and enjoyed. Only to recommend.

The location of the hotel is good, but the facilities are a bit old, but overall it is clean, the room is relatively large, the service is very friendly, the swimming pool is very good, suitable for family vacation.

There is a balcony room on the 5th floor, but the air conditioning unit on the roof is very noisy, so I just want to close the balcony door. It is too noisy to go to the balcony...

The hotel view is really rare. It was my first time in Palm Springs, but it was nice because it was clean and modern because it was a Marriott affiliate. The facilities are well equipped, the morning view is good, and the suite has a simple living room, so it was good to use.
