Charming 2-bedroom townhome in gorgeous Ponte Vedra Beach

The property matched the pictures! Great space and amenities, especially the A/C. Close to the Mayo Clinic. Host was very attentive and helpful.

Great option for easy access to Mayo Clinic This property is as advertised and is a great option if you are visiting the Mayo Clinic for several days. It was very easy to communicate with the owner and it was a very convenient location to the Mayo clinic, with just an 8 to 10 minute drive to get back-and-forth to Mayo. There are lots of retail and restaurant options in the vicinity. The property was clean and featured two bedrooms upstairs with a full Jack and Jill bathroom and a half bath downstairs. It also has a full kitchen, which was great for being able to prepare meals at the townhouse versus having to eat out every night. The AC was very cold and there are also ceiling fans throughout the townhouse which was great!

Fully loaded House was fully loaded with anything you could really need besides perishable items and some personal but otherwise, it had pretty much everything we could use. Daniel had things set up for us and ready to go before we got there and the house smelled great and was clean. Check in and out was super easy and Daniel had great response time.
