Excellent hotel, good service and placement. The rooms with aircondition were good. Friday a DJ was playing music on Rooftop by the pool. We will come back.

Only one night but couldn't fault anything. Only gripe was it wasnt clear on booking that the spa required pre-booking and cost €8 each .

Lovely hotel. It’s about a 18 min walk to central Palma which I think is great. It’s quiet so I slept well and the beds were nice.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom and room was clean, modern, and well kept. The AC was fabulous. I don’t understand why they don’t have tea coffee facilities in the room. Although you can get coffee from level 7. However the minibar was free which meant I never bought water during my stay!
I used the pool, terrace and gym, all really good!

The reception staff were exceptional especially Paco who went out of his way to help
The room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable with great pillows!
The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of anywhere you need to get to in Palma

We stay at the INNSIDE Melia where ever we travel. It is always a pleasant, comfortable and enjoyable experience. The employees are professional, helpful and friendly. The locations are convenient. The hotels rooms are clean and properties have something different to offer. And we love the free welcome minibar!

I loved the the spaces such as the pool terrace upstairs with its restaurant and bar along with the breakfast lounge downstairs. Cozy and beautiful spots.
