Good basic hotel that is 15-20 minutes away from the Palma city centre. The hotel provides a daily morning shuttle to the city centre. Cala major beach was a 10 minute walk away which was pristine! The hotel provides beach towels.

Good hotel with standard amenities. the room is okay, the location near to bus stop and many restaurants and bars.

The hotel itself was lovely. The staff were very friendly and the hotel clean and tidy. The breakfast buffet is 10/10 with a very smiley chef making omelettes to order ! We had some issues with a leaky shower, and as the hotel was booked up we had to use towels to keep the floor dry. The walls were quite thin but what can you expect in Spain ! The pool was amazing, cocktails delivered to your seat. The shower was a very small drop in the ocean. We would definitely come back here.

Difficult to park, no one answer the phone call after I found something missed to check with hotel, I have to spend one hour to go back the hotel to check with them. The location is far from sea , the description of sea view is nonsense.

A very nice clean hotel. Positives: Large, clean rooms with a nice balcony. Slippers included, although they were a bit too small for my size 10 feet. Reasonably priced bar and restaurant and the food was very good. The service from the receptionists and bar staff was very good Free bus in the morning which takes you into the centre of palma Negatives: Location. There is a small beach nearby which is very nice but there is not much else to do nearby at least when we went in late February which is off season. We found the shower difficult to use, which could just be us being stupid but still worth a mention When I paid I’m sure I picked a room with a Mountain View but got a room looking over the street. Not a big deal though as we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall for what we paid it was an exceptional stay I would recommend.

We loved our stay at Hotel Joan Miro Museum. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the swimming pool was large and well-maintained. There is free parking nearby if you are lucky to find a space, but we paid 10 euros per day for underground parking, which was recommended by the hotel. The location is just a five or 10-minute walk to the beach with some shops and cafes nearby. The staff also sent a bottle of Cava to our room for my boyfriend's birthday even though we didn't even tell them we were celebrating! We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Palma.

The food was served cold even if you went down early. I asked for my food to be warmed up and after half an hour I was told they threw it away. There were flies around the food and so overall paying £12 each morning for this quality was not great. There were stains on the pillow cases and hairs on the towels. It’s quite far from all the main places you may goto and the surrounding area is quite broken down and ruins the vibe and look of the place. We paid for a premium room but it seemed to be a standard. Experiences ****** and rude remarks and looks.i didn’t remember to take pictures of everything but overall my experience in Mallorca was disappointing and I had a bad experience. Despite this some employees were helpful and kind.

The overall experience of staying at the hotel is great. We’ve tried the restaurant affiliated. The food was ok, acceptable, depending on what you order.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Joan Miro Museum in Palma, Mallorca and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. This hotel is a true gem, located just a short distance from the city center and a stone's throw away from the beach. Nice and clean pool area with gym access. The hotel's commitment to art and culture, combined with its excellent amenities and top-notch service, make it a true standout among the city's many hotels.

I had high expectations going to the Joan Miró Hotel, but it was too far from Mallorca Airport to reach alone at 8:30 PM. The sheets and furniture were clean, but even after spraying the tick repellent I brought from Korea, I was bitten by bed bugs the next morning, just like in the photo. All the guests were European, with only one Asian. Even though it was off-season, I was a little skeptical. I was told they were constantly being swindled. The older woman at the counter... I figured they were a bit ignorant, given the island's nature. I just sorted through the three days.
