Requested a double bed but got a twin room which wasn’t great as it was our anniversary weekend away. First room air con didn’t work, moved to another without issue. Rooms not well sound proofed. Noisy guests too. Bathroom facilities lacking places to put toiletries etc. lifts very busy and slow. Overall average at best.

Fantastic Location, Cordial & Friendly staff. Sky Bar is a must for a great view of the city & sea.
Only complaint is the lack of sound isolation, could hear talking alongside the hallway at night.

A very nice and well-maintained hotel in a prime location. The reception staff was also excellent, and the breakfast was decent. The breakfast itself was good. The view from the rooftop terrace/rooftop bar was fantastic!

We came for our honeymoon, so we chose a place near the Palma city airport. It was very convenient to walk to the city center, and it was nice to be able to tour the cathedral and Bellver Castle. I could see the cathedral outside the window unintentionally, and the location of the accommodation and the elevator were nice, but we stayed on the 8th floor with the bar, so the soundproofing was poor. ㅜㅜ Maybe it was because of the soundproofing, but I couldn't sleep well because of the noise from the room next door, even though it was a double door. ㅠㅠ
