Palma de Mallorca Centre Hotels

Absolutely outstanding experience. Stayed for 4 nights - Mon-Fri in June in Room 107 and booked directly. Requested low floor as read previously long wait with the lift (9 floors one lift). It was perfect never having to wait for the lift. We had complimentary bubbles, mini bar, welcome drinks and nice surprise with outside terrace. Room is very clean. I never walk around hotel room bare foot but had no issues this time. Room is spacious, bed is sooooo comfy! Air con temperature and air flow is perfect and bathroom is very spacious, lots of room around the sink. Note no single use toiletries, if you need anything like I did with shower cap, just ask at Reception. Staff are all attentive and polite. Wifi is very easy to connect and never disconnects or signal issues. I understand what others have said about the breakfast / does lack variety but has all the staples. Never a queue for anything at he breakfast bar. Tip with the cappuccino - add an extra expresso shot for oomph. Turkish bath/jacuzzi was a nice touch but no swimming pool. Art is personal taste and yes the corridors had a black theme not to everyone’s taste but just in and out the hallways. Enjoyed the lounge area on Floor E - great for people watching and relaxing with a drink. Also, the A1 to airport is opposite the hotel (5 second walk). Journey takes 25 minutes. It takes 15 mins to walk to main station for bus/train or generally around 20 minutes within the city. The big department store is 5 mins away (huge supermarket in the basement), 15 mins to the cathedral. Made it in 30 mins or so to the City Beach. Very convenient. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and would stay here again and any other HM Hotel branch. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This hotel is near the subway station, train station and bus station. It only takes a few minutes to walk to get there. The transportation is very convenient and fast! The room has a window table and chairs, with enough light for planning your trip or working! The hotel also has an outdoor terrace and chairs for guests to rest! The front desk staff are very kind and willing to help you solve your problems!

Dear Brondo team, Thank you SO MUCH for making my birthday weekend so memorable!!! I had gathered friends from Paris, London (and even NY) to Palma to celebrate my 35th birthday weekend. The hotel is great with trendy decoration in the rooms and an ideal location. (20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. We stayed at Hotel Ca’n Cirera for a night whilst visiting Palma. The hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing with the cathedral practically next door! You’re also only a short walk from fantastic bars and restaurants and most of the main sights the city has to offer. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful old manor house and has remained faithful to the history of the building. However the rooms were noise proofed and were comfortably fitted out with everything you could need. There is also a great little cafe in the inner courtyard which is its own oasis of calm and a lovely spot to have a coffee. However the star of the whole experience was the hotel manager Mariana.

A very dignified and beautiful hotel in the old town of Palma. Check in was quick and friendly. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The fairly high price is definitely justified given this location and amenities. The rooftop pool alone is more of a standing pool and not suitable for swimming.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean and well appointed. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Ideally locate in the old town. We stayed in a double deluxe room in order to be able to have the option of twin beds as it was a mother and daughter trip. Lovely Mollton Brown products in the bathroom, Illy coffee machine in the room and a kettle upon request so we could make tea. Minibar very well stocked. We enjoyed a nice glass of cava as a welcome drink. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful with the option of scrambled eggs. Would stay again if in Palma.
