It is clean and equipment for cooking. But the balcony is lack of private room. Your neighbors and opposite sides could see you directly.

Fabulous hotel, all very new. Room was a very good size with lots of plug and USB sockets. Reception staff always helpful.

Can't say enough about these apartments. Beautifully styled from the entrance , through the bar and pool area up the spiral staircase ( lift available) to the accommodation.We stayed in a first floor Studio Apartment overlooking pool. So well equipped if you want to cater for yourself and roomy enough for 2 with a good sized balcony. Location is excellent, close to large supermarket (just up the street) . Minutes from beach, restaurants and transport, right in centre of Palmanova. Lovely staff and spotlessly clean.

Gorgeous hotel. Great location, gets the sun all day. Really quiet despite proximity to bars and restaurants. The staff are lovely and rooms are immaculate, the house keeping staff do a great job. The apartments have everything you would need and the lounge area has a really reasonably priced bar/cafe.

These apartments are lovely. The location is perfect. They are spotless and the rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. The bed was massive and so comfortable. We were in room 209 and the balcony got sun from early afternoon which was great. Pool area is very nice. No problem getting a sun bed although we don’t sunbathe much anyway. The apartments are just 3 stories high and more like a boutique hotel. There wasn’t anywhere to leave pots to dry which wasn’t ideal. And it would have been good if 2 wine glasses were provided. It was good that there were mugs and not tiny useless cups to drink out of, which is normally the case. We would definitely go back.

Love this accommodation. Have stayed twice now in a studio apartment. Rooms kept spotless. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice and never too busy. Each set of sun beds has a parasol and there are three Balinese beds and comfy wall seats (although these are very exposed with no shade). The apartments are very centrally located a 3 min walk from Palma nova beach; 5-6 min walk to son Matias beach and same the other way to Es Carregadour beach and all the restaurants and bars at these beaches. Magaluf is about a 15 mi. Walk. Would definitely use these apartments again if I’m back in Palma Nova.

Me and a friend stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, just for a mini break, hotel itself was lovely rooms were clean and tidy, aircon worked great. Pool was big and location is great only a few minutes walk to pubs restaurants and about 15 mins to magaluf. Service with drinks around pool was good cocktails were nice. Only thing I would mention is one English lady on reception was extremely rude when we were leaving, as she said ‘what do you want’ as we were just asking for the luggage room to be opened for us, we then needed a taxi to get to the airport and when it came she started getting in the taxi drivers face being rude and aggressive in front of customers, and then proceed to tell us to ‘get in that car now’ as other people were waiting. We’re only young girls and felt quite threatened and patronised by this women. But other than her, it was a great holiday!

Location was excellent, just a minutes walk to pubs and restaurants, which they're were plenty to choose from. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Pool and bar in the apartment block was adequately furnished so plenty of sun beds for all. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful... Honestly couldn't fault the place.
