The clerk was really nice. The room was very clean. Neighbors were a little loud. You could hear the toilet flushing next door, too.

Very nice hotel, serving fruit, yogurt, coffee, cake, etc. in the morning. The parking lot is large and the location is very convenient. If you take public transportation, the bus stop is just a one-minute walk away. Highly recommended.

Great tuck away hotel/motel, but its more hotel as some corridors to rooms are indoors. Location is quiet but relatively a far walk from the Palo Alto hot spots, but if you like long walks its great. Quiet and cosy.

I was traveling alone for the first time just to get away for the weekend, and see my adult daughter who lives nearby. I absolutely love Creekside inn and am definitely not only going to stay there again, but refer family and friends. I love the scenery I mean my view out my back sliding door made the four hour drive there well worth it. It’s convenient and surrounded by great places to dine in, or out. There is a market on the property however it was closed. I would recommend staying here especially if you care more about the beauty of the landscape more than the worry of the outdated furniture.

Room a bit dated. Reception staff not very welcoming. Breakfast only as pick-up from the lobby. The pool and the outside hotel area are very nice to relax. Location is great to visit Silicon Valley and Stanford University.

The hotel is overall acceptable. Inside the room, it is clean and spacious. But customer service is pretty bad. They also charge additional fees beyond the booking cost on Trip.com. The gym is super old and small.

Not much in terms of location, just need to get access to the uni and at the right rate. Breakfast is a bit boring, self-service pre-made coffee and just some muffins. They should have specified this on the breakfast choice limitation so ppl won't expect too much or has a clear choice if they would go for breakfast package etc.

I would definitely stay here again.

A truly wonderful experience!!! The room was quite spacious, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The room was very clean, with heating, and the shower facilities were complete and easy to use. There are many restaurants nearby, the neighborhood is very safe, and public transportation is very convenient, especially for going to Stanford. You can take bus number 22 or Stanford's free campus shuttle (if it runs that day). Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent. After we checked out, we left our coats on the sofa at the front desk, and the staff member chased after us and walked a long way to return them to us!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. It was quiet, beautiful, tidy, and clean, with ample parking. The front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The bed was comfortable, the room was carpeted, and the toiletries smelled lovely. Although I was woken up at 8:40 am by housekeeping knocking on the door, I slept very well throughout the night. A very satisfying stay.
