Although the location of the hotel is very convenient and the isolation is already in Pamukkale, the hotel is under renovation, there is no hot water supply, no wifi supply, and the journey will be affected 😭

The room was ok, but the owner was totally different. He was rude, said he speaks English but did not understand the request for an airport transfer made via call, and is totally unresponsive to emails for the same request. I fully paid Agoda for the stay (which I found out sold me the room via *******), and in spite of the receipt shown the Owner demanded full cash payment. It was a very humiliating experience where he was degrading and very rude. In spite of the live chat with Agoda customer service, he said, "I don't care what Agoda says, this is your problem. You cancelled your booking.", an accusation I have proven him to be false many times. I got an email later on from Agoda and ******* telling me the owner declined my booking request because he said it was 'fully booked'. So in the end, it was the owner's mistake, but I ended up being humiliated by it. He should have taken it on himself to process this with Agoda/******* and not shout at his customer. But no, he was very rude. So right now a refund is being processed by Agoda. Was it expensive? Not at all. But whatever price points we're paying, no one deserves to be humiliated that way. The worst experience ever.

We were greeted with a warm smile! The owner is such a happy energetic guy. He showed us the rooms and we decided to stay in one of the private rooms. It was a cold night and he asked if we needed extra blankets. We had a heater, hot water for shower, and a comfy bed. He has breakfast and more food for an extra cost. It’s a small town so it’s well located and you can walk anywhere. It was low season so not a lot of travellers in the town.

We booked a room because the pictures on google looked cozy. Sadly very diappointing experience. There was no Wifi, the toilet was very smelly (Needed to close the door otherwise whole room stank) and not sure if the blanket sees a washing machine after each guest. Apart from this was no common room as on the pictures as construction are going on. Its kind of rip off not to write this before arriving and still take money for this.
