I didn't reserve the parent-child room booked half a month in advance. I went to the store to check in and realized that something went wrong. Other guests have checked in and went out! I had to stay in a triple room, no table and chairs, and only three beds. Fortunately, I stayed in the parent-child room the next day. There are sofas and tables in the room. It is warm and comfortable. It is strange how negligent in the room confirmation! Ctrip gives an explanation!
