"The surroundings are quiet, which is suitable for people like me who have a light sleep. The room is on the top floor, and you can see almost the entire city from the bathroom window. The view is amazing. I brought my children out to play, and Ms. Hu from the hotel recommended the nearby scenic spots, Molin Ancient Village. The room also has a massage chair, which I really like. Hahahaha, the experience was good, I will come again next time 😊"

1. The overall check-in experience was not good. The lights in the room came on inexplicably in the morning! The music in the room also reminded me of it inexplicably! Was woken up early in the morning. Feedback to the main station, only explanation without any apology!
2. There are bedbugs in the room, which is common this season. They say that bugs cannot be avoided! It's not like it's their problem. Why! This service!
3. One of the dishes ordered for the room meal was cold and unpalatable, and no satisfactory solution was given after feedback!

酒店的位置很棒，過了隧道在山裡，羣山環繞，一片翠綠映在眼前。山景層巒疊翠，湖水碧波蕩漾。深呼吸一下感覺整個人都放鬆下來了。前台小姐姐給我們升級到了內測中的帳篷房，屋外就是一個小露台可以直接釣魚。私隱性很高，坐在小露台上無論是日出時的霞光萬丈，還是夜晚的璀璨星空，都美得讓人屏息。坐在外面上喝茶發呆，聽着鳥鳴和蟬鳴聲，所有的煩惱都煙消雲散了。拍照完全不需要濾鏡！
房間內部乾淨整潔得沒話説，佈置得温馨又有格調。床品尤其要誇！床墊軟硬適中，枕頭蓬鬆支撐好，睡得太香了，連認床的同伴都一覺到天亮。衞浴設施現代且乾淨，熱水充足穩定，洗去一身疲憊。隔音效果也不錯，晚上非常安靜。一些小細節也很到位：高品質的洗浴用品、舒適的沙發區、高速穩定的Wi-Fi，住起來非常舒心。這樣的服務、這樣的景觀、這樣的住宿品質，價格真的非常合理，甚至可以説遠超磐安同價位的酒店！感覺每一分錢都花在了刀刃上，享受到了遠超預期的價值。離開時真心覺得意猶未盡，已經開始計劃下次再來了！

The whole environment was very comfortable, and all the landscaping was exquisite, unique, and elegant, especially the picturesque green lawn, which gave people a particularly comfortable feeling. It was only four or five kilometers away from several 4A scenic spots with canyon scenery.
The food was delicious, and the ingredients were basically grown by their base. We visited a fruit base of several hundred acres. I heard that cherries can be picked in May, and I will bring my family to come again in June when the blueberry season comes.

The originally booked three-bedroom room in Qigu was upgraded to a three-bedroom room in Tingyun free of charge through the coordination of the housekeeper [name]. During this period, the butler introduced in detail the room layout, restaurant location, location of the sky corridor, and gave a comprehensive and detailed explanation of the precautions for using the room. The service quality is commendable.
The hotel is located near the top of the mountain, with fresh and pleasant air around it and a superior natural environment, which has significant advantages in terms of vacation and recuperation. The restaurant staff has a warm service attitude and demonstrates good professionalism. However, the variety of breakfast offerings is relatively limited and needs to be further enriched.
During the trip, an accident occurred. A child at home accidentally broke a coffee cup, and 60 yuan in compensation was deducted when settling the bill. In addition, the hotel's mineral water provision standard is: for 7 people staying for three days and two nights, only 6 large bottles of mineral water are provided. If additional refills are required, they need to be purchased at their own expense. The trip was generally smooth, but there is still some room for improvement in the details. I hope it can provide a reference for subsequent travelers.

Facilities: Fully equipped for entertainment, singing, fitness, film and television, reading billiards, table tennis, all available. Of course, the venue is limited, but there are not many varieties. There are not many guests, 13 rooms on the 4th floor.
