My checkin was not in a good experience,Their was some issues with the room catagory, I totaly understand the Hotel was full house but it dosent mean the other guests to suffer, ***y of the staffs they need Training then look very sad, I have to wish them Good Morning or Evening then they could reply, I would say F&B staffs were outgoing, I would recommend Noella,Danjita,Chef Dutta for their extra care they did a very good job,The food varieties are amaizing specially the breakfast,The Health club some machines are too old,The Taxi driver name Mahmood is very good he was extraordinary by his hospitality.Rooms cloth hangers are rusted.

My stay at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon in Goa was an exceptional experience that far exceeded my expectations. The room I was allocated was not only comfortable but also boasted a very spacious bathroom, enhancing the overall comfort and luxury of my stay. Perfect location. Close to Panjim city, restaurants and ******s. Hotel is very nice. Great breakfast buffet and nice pool and gym. Staff are very professional but need to mention the great service provided by front office staff who works the night shift. Deevanshu might be his name. Appreciate the high level of service and assistance he provided.

The hotel is very clean, the staff are attentive and polite. The gym is very small and has few equipment. Excellent location. However, the daily rate is too high for what the hotel offers. This is probably because it is a tourist area. I asked for a room with a view of the beach and they gave me a room on the first floor where you couldn't see anything.

Very general hotel, the swimming pool is OK

The property is located in fontsinhas, panjim and is a good place to stay. The services are good and the staff is amicable. Only the size of the rooms is small and tv doesn't have active channels. Apart from that everything was good.

It is located near the cruise party's place where you can go easily by walk, food is not good but morning complementary breakfast is somewhat better, staff is so friendly and service is top notch.

Prime location in famous fountain-has lat-in quarter, offers old world feeling, helpful & courteous staff, decent room size and amenities. However, food is good but little expensive. Also, room tariff is on a higher side but considering heritage nature and proximity to tourist attractions, justified. Overall, a good experience.
