Decapolis Hotel Panama City Reviews

Very friendly staff. Most don’t speak English. There was absolutely nothing for me to eat at the complimentary breakfast due to dietary needs. I’ve never had that before. The rooms were not updated  since the Vietnam War. The floors in the room were greasy. The toilet didn’t have enough power to get everything down. Other than that it was wonderful! Did I mention the friendly staff?

I had five nights there the location it’s OK the hotel is big and enough space the price is affordable but team member and employee need more training to how make satisfy the customers especially for breakfast. There is not that much option but the room service it’s hundred Person I recommend this hotel because of good price

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay here, the hotel is well kept and the staffs are really nice and welcoming, room service top tier, definitely will be booking back 🇯🇲

The location is convenient staff are supportive the hotel was clean

We had to make a quick stop in the city for some paperwork and did hotel offered a good price. We noticed that the hotel is very old and many things in the room were not working or closing properly. The TV didn’t work. We had 3 small kids so we were very stressed the whole time. I don’t recommend for families. The breakfast buffet was ok, it didn’t offer many options. The front desk was very kind and helpful though.

It’s a fair hotel.. Good location.., it’s next to the Megapolis mall (Hard Rock cafe - Panama). Very good breakfast..! There’s a big screen in front of the bar.., where you can watch games (NBA games). The room is comfortable. I’d stay again..!

The room is clean, but you can see that the facilities are relatively old. The location of the hotel is also OK. It is a little far from the airport, but not far from Chinatown. It is quite convenient and comfortable.

Very bad location, poor service, we ignore you. The good thing is the aesthetics of the hotel, very nice in its snapshots of common areas.

Strategic location if you have pending business in the city and want to enjoy a nearby beach

Although we were upgraded to Megapolis right next to Decapolis, Nice, efficient staff. Very nice modern and design hotel. Beautiful location

OK for a maximum of one night, but even that was rather unpleasant because the room smelled very disgusting and unpleasant. The room furnishings were also very old. But the breakfast was pretty good and there was a relatively large selection. However, it is questionable whether the dirty dishes and leftover waste have to be collected and stacked on serving trolleys in the middle of the dining room...
