Nice hotel with a nice location. Room was very spacious. However, they woke us up twice at 08:30 to ask if we needed towels and at 10:00 to ask if they could refill the minibar. That was a little weird

Good hotel overall and great location in Panama. Safe area and easy access to sightseeing spots. Only issue is I was told I would get upgraded due to my Marriott Gold Status but at check-in I did not receive an upgrade. I was told it was fully booked, however, I know that wasn’t the case.

This time the price has doubled compared to before the epidemic, but the room facilities are still so old and the bedding is not clean...

Because the air conditioning in other hotels was too noisy at night and I couldn't rest, I checked in at the Marriott in the middle of the night and the staff were very welcoming. Health: good Good environment good service

Отказали в оплате через приложение трип ком , для позднего выезда. РФ карты не работают. Пришлось бронировать номер еще на сутки. Неужели у такого уровня отеля выезд на 4 часа позже это криминал ? Отель полупустой. И почему трип ком не может не дозвониться , а на письма сутки нет ответа. Хороший отель но больше из за такого отношения я не приеду в него.
